I love a good salad with fresh baked bread sticks and the Olive Garden serves both of these with any and every entre. The house salad is prepared with their famous signature salad dressing which will leave you dipping the last of your bread stick into the bottom of the very large salad bowl ! They also offer a sample taste of their house wines which are sold by the glass or bottle.Their Moscato wine is especially good. They have an extensive selection of different pasta dishes, and a nice variety of salads, and steaks, as well as pizzas. Their Cheese cake is absolutely fantastic. The servers all work well together as it is a large restaurant and generally full during the dinner hours. When there is a wait, its generally no more than 20-25 min. before being seated. There are also kiosks on all the tables to make your dinner experience more enjoyable, for those of coarse who desire that particular type service.

I went into Olive Garden (Dothan) the other day on my lunch break. My servers name was Kat. Ironically it was her first day working there & her first time as a server & I was her first customer. Had I not been told that information, I wouldve never known that it was her first time as a server. She was AMAZING & she did a wonderful job. She made sure I had everything I needed & my food was delivered promptly. The food was delicious. She said she understood that I was on a limited time slot & that shed do everything she could to ensure that I got my food quickly, that it was fixed properly and that my visit was enjoyable. Two thumbs up to, Kat. Ill be asking for her from now on. I wish I couldve tipped her more, but I only had a little bit of cash on me.

This is a truly lovely place! I am a nursing mother and came here with my family for lunch. Our waiter Eric was wonderful, especially with my 6yrs-old daughter. Of course the food is good and service is great; its Olive Garden. But would stood out in my experience is the fact that I was nursing then had to go change a dirty diaper. Well, our waiter Eric had just taken our drink order before I stepped to the restroom. The manager worried that Eric had made me uncomfortable and I went to the restroom to finish nursing. We assured him otherwise but I deeply appreciated his concern! Kudos, Olive Garden for supporting breastfeeding mothers~! #OliveGarden #publicbreastfeeding #nursingmothers

Todays visit was great, our waitress was happy, friendly, helpful. She filled our water glasses without being asked. We went to Olive garden last week and the waitress was very rude. She cut my husband off when he was telling her what we wanted. "Sir lets just do the drinks first". I asked for a salad with the dressing on the side, it didnt come that way. I asked for cheese on my soup and she acted like it was such an effort. She got cheese all over the table. I asked my husband " did I say something" he said no shes just not happy today. This happened last Sunday and her first name began with a B. Todays waitress was great.

Yeah I know its a chain restaurant. The food was delicious. My first time ordering eggplant parmigiana - split an order with my wife and it was plenty and good. Wow! Ive got a new favorite! Salad was just right and although Im not a big fan of breadsticks, they were good too.The minestrone soup is wonderful with some of the grated cheese they offer along with a bit of fresh ground black pepper. Everyone there appeared to love what they were doing and made their guests feel appreciated. Good food and good service - combine that with fair prices and youve got the recipe for a place youll want to return to. 5 ⭐️ s

Host seated us at a dirty table with wet seats. We then moved to a freshly "cleaned" table just in time to see a large roach scurry from under the table... which was less dirty than the last table, but still had enough residue to feed the pests. The wait staff was friendly but busy so we waited a bit for drinks. When the drinks did arrive though they were worth the wait. The food was good with decent portions and didnt sit long from the pan to the table. If I really need some Italian and I cant get my fix anywhere else Id come back, but I dont think Ill make the trip back to this location.

After holidaying in Italy last year Id have to say that many of the dishes are too rich to be authentic Italian, and there were a lot of cream based sauces on the menu. I would rather call it a great American & Italian combo. However everyone was pleased with their food and prices are very reasonable. Several dishes offered three small portions of different pastas, which is appealing if you cant decide on one dish, The complimentary sharing salad was also very good.

Restaurant is good, carry-out sucks. Last night I called to order carry-out and the woman was difficult to understand (mumbled) and then we were disconnected. Called back and was in hold for 20min before we could complete the order. Stressed that the salads have NO onions, twice on the phone and again during pick up. The woman was rude, and assured me that the order was right. Of course both salads had onions and everything was cold. Thats a $30 disappointment.

I did enjoy the food. Upon arrival I was told there would be a 15 minute wait since there were two couples waiting ahead of me. That I understood, but allowing 5 other couples ahead of me for the next 30 minutes I did not understand and I made sure the manager understood it as well. People were just walking in and being seated in different areas of the restaurant without a wait. The manager could care less, the staff was rude, but the food was good.

I have eaten at the Olive Garden since they first came into our area. I always order the sampler but this time the mushrooms were fishy and the calimari was not crisp. The noodles were overcooked and I had a ton of oil in my chicken Alfredo. My dinner to go was missing bread sticks and salad which I didnt notice until I got home. The sever never offer us chocolates. My son and I were not needy or awful customers. Worst experience ever.

I never get tired of coming to this particular branch. The staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job. The food is tasty, even though its all frozen, pre-cooked stuff that comes out of the back of a USAFOODS truck. The prices are to be expected and the atmosphere inside is very nice. Im giving it four stars because the last three times Ive been in there, they were very Jewish with the breadsticks and I dont play that.

Manager is very rude. Ordered a bottle of wine it took 20 min to come after complaining to manager. They have very lousy service . Servers were very rude . I was trying to order but she was trying to order for me . This is the worst olive gardan service ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone
