We recently ate at this restaurant because of the long waits at all the other restaurants within the casino. The food was okay but nothing that I would ever particularly want again. It was also slightly overpriced for the quality. My biggest issue, however, was with the quality of customer service we received. When we walked up to the hostess stand, I said "hello" to the hostess, who never responded to my greeting, nor did she say anything to us at all! She just looked to the waiter, shrugged, and asked if he wanted to "take them." After the waiter agreed and they both discussed where he would seat us, we received our first "hello" from the waiter. On the way out, the same hostess barely even looked up at us and, of course, said nothing as we left. No "thank you," or "come again." Nothing. Unfortunately, if we return to this casino again, Id rather pack our own meals than eat here again.

Disgusting! This place use to be great, unfortunately the food and service has little to be desired. They just raised all their prices and at the same time lowered the quality of food. Wife and I ordered the brisket to split with broccoli as a side. The brisket was inedible, asked our waitress if she would eat that, to which she replied...no. The broccoli was not cooked either. She returned with a fresh slab of brisket, but we could not eat it because if the gross image we had in our head of the first piece of brisket. This is not the first disgusting meal Ive had there, their pizza, burgers, and tacos are all gross too. People expect quality food when they eat at a casino and that is not what you will get at Smoke n Fire. Beware the food can and will make you sick. Wont be back!

It was my first time at this restaurant and Im giving 2 stars for their excellent service and not 5 stars because for their quality of food. I ordered a swis burger. It looked great and smelt fresh but, the meat was just bland, tasteless and dry. I was expecting atleast some SPG in my meat. Secondly, it came with steak fries which was overcooked and was dry. 99.99% of the moisture in thise fries were taken out. My girlfriend ordered, a burger with a side of broccoli (it was raw) and she had the same issue with burger. Price was ok! But Id say its expensive for the quality of food.
