I ordered the rib tips, baked beans and a drink. When the food finally arrived, the rib tips were literally burnt. I took the food back to the counter and told them just to refund the amount of my meal and I would pay for the drink, as I was dining with my husband. The "manager" refunded the $6.99 for the meal but refused to also refund the taxes on that meal. Granted it wouldnt have been much, BUT IT WAS MY MONEY, NOT THEIRS. Very disappointed in the entire experience on this particular night

This was a great lunch place. Food was fresh and really good. BBQ pork was cooked perfectly and was very good. Also, the Mac-n-Cheese was really good too. Dont let the negative reviews on here keep you from trying it for yourself. Like I almost did. I will definitely be going back to try some other menu items.

Fire fresh is my favorite restaurant in Shelbyville. Food is great! My only complaint is the portion size I got with my order today, and occasionally on other visits. It was much smaller than usual, barely enough to make a sandwich.

If you want to wait a LONG time for average food (took over 30 minutes for two hamburgers, 10 wings and a chicken sandwich) then this is the place for you. Average frozen style food. Long wait. Not worth your time or money.

Mac and cheese is not homemade, I expected some nice homemade mac and cheese. Pulled pork tasted like it was cooked in crock pot. Not a true BBQ joint to me.

Good bbq. Ribs are especially good! If you like Memphis style "dry" ribs, this is a good place to get them. Sides are good. Plenty of seating.

I frequent this establishment regularly on Sundays after church. I recommend dry rub ribs. Very good. Friendly service, great valued
