Never come here at night. The two female managers spend their whole nights sitting in the office even when the poor single employee up front is busy and cant handle it by herself. Would not support a business whose managers treat employees that way. Food quality also rapidly deteriorates after lunch and is very close to inedible by 7pm. Would not trust a store to be making my food if the managers cant even take the smallest amount of time out of their day to leave the office and make sure food is being handled safely and help their crew get the food to customers in a reasonable time frame.

READ!! - My daughter loves chicken fries. Went there 3 times... Here is how it went - 1st time chicken fries sat under the warming light WAY too long. Hard and rubber-like and they took FOREVER! 2nd time they took FOREVER and 3rd time THEY TOOK FOREVER. We sat at the window waiting while our food was sitting right on the counter top. Unbelievable. They left us sitting there all 3 times. The second time people in line we beeping horns and trying to back out of the line. Very poorly ran. Consider new management.

Had to argue with the girl at the counter just to be able to order our food. It was only 2 of us. She told me there was going to be an incredibly long wait but couldnt tell us how long. Responded with "your guess is as good as mine, were under staffed and drive thru was quicker". Meanwhile they had over 8 people on staff. Our food was up in less than 4 minutes. But when we went to sit down we had to clean our own table because no one had cleaned any of the tables in the lobby.

I was lectured an humiliated in front of my children, by a manager named Logan, and a 30 something girl named McKayla. After paying for my food I was told pull back around the building and waiting for to 2 whoppers because their timer needed to stay off. I pulled around, and the manager came out and lectured me at 38 years old with my 2 teenage children in the car about my attitude?!?! Wtf?! Oh and I was told not to come back on his attempt to get the last word.

My order got messed up twice, however they were very sincere about the mistake, they fixed it right and fast. Even gave us 2 free desserts for our troubles. The attitudes of all the employees was great! The manager Dan, was present and not stuck in the back office, I even watched him bring a customer their food to the table! He was very aware of the mistakes and made sure everything was corrected! The best Burger King I have been to in the Pittsburgh area#

They were busy with a line of people and the cashier was made that people kept coming in. Her remark was. "If I seen a line of people waiting I wouldnt come in, so why do others come in" Then they were discussing about the lack of help. I had also ordered a sandwiches plain and I got it with everything on it.

Im not even sure they are open anymore. The last 2 times we tried to go there they had a cash only policy then they had a drive thru problem and could only take orders in the restaurant. Today, all the lights are on, but nobody is home...at 6:30 PM on a Monday.

This is quote likely the grossest place Ive ever been. Its always a dirty mess - from the floors to the sticky windows and tables. Food is just yuck. The only plus is the playroom for kids. Without that Im pretty sure it should be condemned. Bleh.

The manager is good and the food is acceptable but the lack of staff has caused lots of consequences. Since this is the only BK around the neighborhood, we wish they can come up with a strategy for keeping the store alive in the long term.

Very dirty. No one in the restaurant yet every table is dirty. Play room was closed for the morning yet dirty, which tells me it wasnt cleaned the night before. Food in the playset. Wonder how clean the kitchen is. Lost my appetite.

The food was good. Every time we go though, we wait at the counter for almost 10 minutes for someone to come up and take our order. The tables were dirty too. For better service, use the drive thru.
