I came through their drive thru ordered a 12 pack 5 soft NO lettuce 1 crunchy NO lettuce of course when I got home they ALL had lettuce on them I called to let them know they took my name down and said no problem bring your receipt and we will replace them when you come back! Well I came back the next day because it was late when I got them. I gave the cashier my receipt she went to the back & showed the manager and the cashier came back and said do you have your id I said id ? For what (I thought well maybe she needs it because they wrote my name down the night before and maybe needed to see if It was me. Well I asked why and they said they needed to make a copy to see who comes & gets their orders replaced as if WE the customers messed up our own order I have never seen a procedure where they keep a copy of your id in a book because THEY messed up! I will never return there they are very slow and when you do finally get your order you better HOPE its correct horrible experience!

I just went through the Dt waited in line for 5 minutes when we got to the widow to get our food the seemed a little rude we pull into the parking lot to check our food to make sure it was right and of course it wasnt I went to go in and get it fixed and they had already locked the doors I knocked on the window to get there attention to get my food fixed and they was really rude telling me to go back through the Dt and the line was even longer then when I first got there it seemed like every employee that was in there was standing at the front desk laughing at me instead of trying to fix my food so we called in there and they brought my new order out and of course it was still wrong I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever again I will be calling the gm and corporate first thing in the morning

I can count on one hand (less three fingers) how many times Ive eaten at Taco Bell over the past three years. My friend (Lady A) chose this place to eat and so I conceded. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme and two beefy Frito burritos. Lady A had the new double Chalupa box. My food was warm, not hot, and the flavors were good enough to stave off my hunger. On the other hand Lady A devoured her food like lethal injection was in her future. #LastMealMuch

Whenever you get fast food - you almost expect bad service these days. Ive always had a positive experience at this Taco Bell. The staff members are always friendly, talkative, accommodating & they get my order right!! Ive honestly never had such consistent good service at a fast food chain before and felt that I should give you guys a shout out! Whatever management is doing, keep it up!! Thanks to the employees for taking the time to treat people well!

The service is so so , the food is OK , the restaurant needs to be cleaned more, the bathrooms need to be cleaned a lot, Or remodeled! I think they need to learn how to make the food a bit better and sorry I would like some food with my sour cream. Please look at the lettuce before putting nasty brown yucky lettuce on food. Learn to put more meat ,rice, beans, etc. and less sour cream,

First, its a fast food restaurant people, get over the rude or sitting in Drive Thru, getting orders wrong. Should be right but the FF industry is notorious for lower paid employees. I find it for the most part, good service, not as friendly as could but not hateful. Food is good American version of Mexican food. Place generally clean. Im not sure how I would ask for more.

Very rude employees they act like they dont want to wait on you. I ordered two tacos and a nacho Supreme. Each taco might have had at the most a half teaspoon of ground beef I think thats what they call it small amount of lettuce and cheese three-quarters of the taco shell was empty on both tacos what a joke Nachos Supreme have hardly any toppings mostly chips this place is a joke

Rude staff!! For 5 min. All i hear is 2 employees carry on a conversation with a grl infront of me about piercings and cell phone cases!!! When i spoke to the manger he seemed young and asked who is it all rude!! I wont be going back there where a manager cant manage the staff!! No thank you! Clock out if u dont want to do your job!! Fast food customer service is terrible!!

Should never ever have teens working pass 9 pm on weekends they play to damn much and drive thru be backed to the road. Especially when they all black.... had to come inside to place my order due to them playing to damn much and messing up people orders. Night manager wasnt saying or doing crap to make them work instead of playing.

Poor quality of service went thru 2 nights in a row first night spent $21 and NONE of my order was right called and they offered to replace so went back the next day and YET AGAIN NOTHING WAS RIGHT AT ALL ... IM PERSONALLY EMBARRASSED FOR THE TACO BELL NAME TO BE REPRESENTED THIS WAY!

I eat here often because its closest to me, and I kid you not EVERYTIME I COME HERE they mess my order up. If im paying extra for sour cream it shouod be on the whole taco not just one little section. And thats even if they put sour cream on it.

This is the best Taco Bell in Roanoke. The food is always great, it is super clean, and the staff is always smiling and friendly. We even came on free taco day when they were slammed and everyone was nice.

I am sitting in the taco bell drive through at 10:30 and ive been here sitting for 30 minutes straight. People are getting pissed off and leaving. Dont go to the taco bell on hershburger. It sucks!
