I truly love this place and its within walking distance from work. Ive had the little round cakes in tiramisu, red velvet, chocolate and carrot. Ive also purchased rum cakes and pound cakes for birthdays as well as the cupcakes with sprinkles for co-workers. They have all been Wonderful and so delicious! Strangely I never had a canoli from them. I gave them 4 stars because unfortunately the customer service could be improved. I really dont need to hear personal conversations about employees lives. Then there is also the awkwardness of an employee staring at you from the register without saying a word while the second employee is helping the customer who was ahead of you. I have to say "hi, how are you? I need _____." I dont think theyre rude just inexperienced maybe. Trying canolis next week!

Products are good. Service is poor and slow. Nonchalant. Even though there is 2-4 employees, it takes a few minutes per customer. They could learn from the near by Donkin Donut (that services 5x more customers witin the same time) how to orient themselves toward customers. How to anticipate customers need. How to teamwork better to improve the flow of service. How to be organized better so that they dont have to run looking for a knife to cut a biscuit, etc... Also the white scrubs as the employee uniform... For me it looks sloppy and unapealing.

Wanted to order a slice of cheesecake for the ride home. Stood at the counter for 7 minutes but nobody was there. One worker was about 2 feet from the counter but preoccupied with filling cannoli. After 7 minutes of no service had to leave to catch the train.

Located below ground in the Comcast Center Food Court, this bakery offers a pretty selection of cakes and pastries. Im a fan of the chocolate chip cannoli - yum!
