We arrived on time. They had our table ready. We had good service and the food was delicious. This would have been a 5 star review had we not been asked to leave as they had "people waiting". Now I can see if we were hanging around for hours as the place is quaint .We had dessert and paid the bill. My husband and our friends were waiting for me to come back so we could leave. Thats when they were approached by the Maître d and told to leave. Mind you there was about 10 minutes btw paying the check and this conversation. We spend a good amount of money there. Needless to say that was our first and last time dining here.

I was in the area so i wanted to give it a try. I am glad i did. The food is absolutely amazing! Easily, the best Italian food in the Philadelphia area. I live out in West Chester and, after today, I would drive the 2 hours to get there. The menu have fantastic options. The dining atmosphere was comfortable without being over the top. Most importantly, the staff was nice and attentive.

Authentic Italian food! There are other restaurants in the area that have Italian food but they cannot compare to the quality offered by Boccaccio.

Unless you go early its a noisy atmosphere, but its difficult to get away from loud noise at any nice restaurant! Ridiculous!!!!
