Unfortunately took the advice from many local family members while visiting Massena and decided to get pizza from this place as everyone said it was "the place" to go for pizza here. They dont do sheet pizzas for some reason but offer half sheet size. So we ordered 2 half sheet cheese and pepperoni . Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, they were extremely small and should not be considered half sheets. Maybe 1/3rd. On top of that, it was some of the most expensive pizza I have ever purchased. $36 for 2 half sheets. A normal sheet is usually around $26 and is literally 3xs as big. The dough felt, tasted amd looked like frozen pre-made dough. The pepperoni wasnt cooked all the way probably due to the pre made dough not being able to stay in the oven that long. Sauce was bland. Any frozen pizza like digiorno is much better . Ive learned to not trust any pizza north of syracuse/Albany and south of jersey. I live in Rochester and any local pizza there is less $ and 5xs better tasting. Wish I could get my money back.

The food here is mostly top quality. If you can avoid delivery do so. Seems the last 3 times I have ordered they have delivered something wrong ever time. Example: diet coke ordered 2L delivered 20oz regular. Along with that order calzone ordered with sauce on side due to allergy delivered loaded with sauce. So much it was oozing out of box. But the salad was correct. I asked for the wing blue cheese specifically and they still sent packaged Kraft one blue cheese one ranch. Why the ranch I have no idea. Over 1 hr for delivery of new items meanwhile 3 kids sit hungry. Management rude. Delivery people rude. Got credit statement was also charged for both calzones. Called was told they will give me store credit. May have been charged because calzone was unable to be resold. True because we fed the Diabetic some while we waited for replacement. They can keep the credit. Never again unless its pickup and cash.

During my extended stay in Northern NY this summer Ive dined twice at this establishment. I highly recommend it for Italian food if you are visiting the area. Great atmosphere. Courteous prompt service each time. Salads were fresh and wonderful.The personal size calazone will blow you away on how large it is! WOW! Its more like two meals for me. The place was very clean. My friend who lives here says that its consistent each time with how great it is.

We went with the family food was disappointing anything deep-fried was dripping with oil and the lasagna is terrible. the waitress was not around and did not check back to our table we had to go and get her few times. the tomato gravy was very plain and the bottom noodles was full of water. we wont return was very disappointing.

We didnt know what to expect eating at this restaurant since we picked it on our gps while visiting Massena, however we were quite pleased with the food here. We ordered the Massena pizza and it was really good! We would highly recommend this restaurant and would eat here again.

You can run in and grab pizza by the slice or sit down and have a good sized plate of deliciousness. I really like their personal calzone as its large and fresh. They have nice staff who will do any menu alteration you ask for. Fair prices and clean.

Honestly just get the calzones. Everything else has been a horrible experience for myself. My pizza was always undercooked and Ive occasionally gotten the wrong toppings. Plus the cheese falls right off so no enjoying a nice "traditional" pizza

The food is very good, but that is the only things good about it. The customer service, the wait, and the price all suck. I think that it is the slowest and most expensive pizza place around.

The food is good but the waitresses have a chip on their shoulder and are rude on the phone when taking orders. I dont enjoy crappy customer service when I am giving the place my business.
