I love Cosi for their breakfast Squagels. They are good and a hidden secret that not a lot of people know about. Basically a square bagel. Several varieties. Delicious. Also the flat bread and their pizza flatbreads are great. They have come a long way recently and I think they are changing for the better. It was sometimes dirty and service was slow. But it has seemed a lot better recently.

Poor service, ordered 3 salads, chicken was missing from 1 and they forgot the salad dressings for the other 2. Called and complained, the person I spoke with promised they would cancel my credit card transaction. Checked my statement and it was never credited. I used to be a regular Cosi customer, but their service has gone downhill. Will not be going back.

I love the cosi steakhouse Gorgonzola melt, but the Exton branch usually cant cook the meat properly. 2 out of 3 recent orders, I havent been able to bite through it because its under-cooked. I hate to say it because its so conveniently located, but I wont be back.

Ordered the half a chicken panini and half a margherita pizza. Both could be summarized up as "eh". They were significantly lacking in taste.

We make this a weekly stop. The soups are incredible, as are the flatbread sandwiches and you know everything is fresh and well prepared.
