I ordered a Chicken Rancher Sandwich online and it says it is Grilled chicken, but when it was delivered it was fried. I double checked the online menu again and the receipt to make sure I ordered the correct sandwich and I did. I called and spoke to a women and told her she told me the chicken rancher sandwich isnt on there menu and then said its fried. I told her im looking at the menu right now, she said let me get the manager. So he gets on the phone and I tell him the same thing he says that it is fried and he doesnt know what it says on online. He says "what do you want me to do?" and then says hold on he will check online which he did and saw that I was right it says grilled he then says "what do you want me to do? Its a honest mistake" I said I want a grilled chicken sandwich he then asks me my name and address (never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich) and then says ok ill send u another sandwich but this is the only time because it is fried. That is when I lost it! he was very unprofessional and rude. I told him to forget about it . He is supposed to be the manager and yet he kept asking me what do u want me to do about it. I want you to send me a new sandwich and correct the mistake!! I will never order from this hot spot again

Let me say that I was highly unsatisfied with my orders. To begin let me tell you that the last 2 orders I placed/received were tasteless and not palatable. My first order was for wings (20) and cheese fries ( basic appetizers, right????)...wrong..the wings I requested were split half medium the other bbq. I received over cooked, unseasoned, bland chicken wings. Fries were good, cheese sauce tasted like something other than cheese. My second order which I hoped for a better outcome, didnt add up. I ordered a steak calzone, chicke alfredo and chicken tender platter. Steak calzone- unseasoned meat, bland marinara sauce and doughy bread. Chicken alfredo- thin slivers of chicken breast cooked too long. Unseasoned. Fettuccine noodles placed in container with melted mozzarella cheese on top...whole meal missed the alfredo sauce. Chicken tenders- best part of the order! All in all will not order anything else from this restaurant.

I made a order asked for the special plus additional wings. Now the order gets here I am 10 wings short the guy who answers the phone tells me oh thats an additional 8.99 how about get my darn order right from the start. I generally order from them but thats it as of today customer service means everything. When. I order from SEASONS in bear and they make a mistake they apologize and give me the same items free on my next order thats how you keep customers...except responsibility for your error and do better..NOT THEM ..and every topping on a pizza is 2 bucks sorry I can do better with Seasons and PAPAJoHNS...

I travel for my job and am in a different place every week i found this place just looking for some delivery to my hotel and all i can say is wow i got there Phillie stake hogy and what a meal huge and loaded Im a big guy and I couldnt finish and trust me that doesnt happen very often the stake was tender and juicy fries were perfect and lots of them delivery was fast and the delivery guy was very nice i paid with my card on line because i dont carry cash however if i had cash i would have tipped the guy even more its great to find a place that is fast friendly and has great food they have all three

Placed an order at 11:15, I called at 12:15 to check the status of order. Woman I spoke with said she couldnt find my order (I went back & forth with her for ten min), she even went as far as to say my card was never charged although I clearly saw on my phone that it was! Then placed manager on the phone who found my order but told me it went out 50 minutes ago & someone from my place of employment had to have taken it. I work front desk, I am the first person you see when you walk in, I would know if someone had my order. Terrible way to handle my inconvenience! Never even apologized!

I went to this location for lunch. As Im walking in the guy at the counter never greeted me and stares at me while I look at the menu as if he was disgusted that I walked into his store being given that there were no other customers in the store. Made me feel as if I was bothering him. I told him what I wanted and he read me the total. No other communication. If your going to work in consumer service you have to be a people service and realize that your customers are the reason you have a job. This is why I rated this store a 2. Oh the food was ok.. nothing impressive.

Myself and several co-workers ordered at Hot Spot for lunch..an hour and a half later it had still not been delivered. One order was messed up and they were not willing to correct it. There were 2 orders of the chicken parm sub. On the menu it stated a chicken cutlet and it was grilled chicken on the sandwich. Very disappointed and didnt even finish the sandwich, it ended up being thrown away. What a waste of almost $9.

While their pizza isnt much to write home about, they knock it out of the park with everything else. And their website is seriously the best website Ive seen for a restaurant when it comes to ordering online. It looks dated, but it allows you to customizes exactly how much you want of ever ingredient.

The med pizza was not good hardly no pineapples or ham it was very small and didnt taste to great i will never eat her again . I told them about the pizza and they were like ok and that was it poor responce they are so busy they act like they didnt care .hate this place.

Have been going to Hot Spot for years as I work locally. All the food is great...the salads are exceptionally excellent. They are prepared with fresh ingredients and always have consistent quality. Love this place!

They messed up my order and told me that I told them the wrong thing. Even if I did, thats terrible customer service. Fries are obviously frozen and the chicken was flavorless
