GHETTO!!! if i can get them no stars i would. Me and my family went there 3 times and only one of thoughs times was pleasant. The first time our server ignored us, didnt finish bring us the rest of our food, and didnt give us refills. The second time was about 5 mins ago. First of all we walked in and stood there for 10mins, there was no employee the whole time. Then this sever comes outta no where (didnt greet us or nothing, and had a attitude) grabs some menus and shes not talking to us at all. Finally the host cames to us and said hi and sorry about the wait, he said he was helping someone blah blah blah. We was trying to see the football game and asked to be seated around a tv but couldnt because that was part of the bar and kids arent allowed in that section (that point i was ready to go and decided to leave). As we are walking out the doors We see little miss attitude server leaning in the passenger side window talk to a guy (assuming its her partner).. then it clicks in my head, the reason why she got a attitude is cause me and my family was a inconvenience to her meet up.

Our expierence was so bad, it gave me heartburn throughout the night. Let me explain why, We sat at the bar ordered two draft beers. Once they were delivered the bartender states her shift ends in 30 minutes and asked us to check out now and give her a tip ,this was being stated as we are reading the menu. Red flag #1. Instead of facing us when taking the order she leaned against the register and said go ahead,my wife ordered first,when I ordered she got mad cause she had to repeat the process. Prior to the food coming out, the bartender, asked us two more times if we like to check out ( we arrived on Sat 1/16/16 at 5:15pm). Red flag #2. Our food was delivered by someone-else, who told us our plate was extremley hot,( it was ),but food was cold. We never received silverware nor napkins nor salt n pepper,,,,Red flag # 3 the bartender asked 2 more Times are you finished? I will never go there again, the worst experience Ive ever had Period ! On Tuesday evening (6/8/2010) about 7:30p.m.my husband and I stopped to here have dinner. We first noticed there were two very provocatively dressed young women hanging around a car with two men in it. DuPont Highway is known for its street walkers so it wasnt hard to figure out what was going on there. We stepped through the door of the restaurant and were assaulted with incredibly loud rap music. It was so loud that my husband could not hear me say, "I dont want to eat here". I had to motion to him what I was trying to say. The person inside the door said something to us but the words couldnt be heard. I dont know how anyone could hold a dinner time conversation in this place. Now that I think about it, there wasnt anyone in the dining room. Its no wonder. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you are deaf!

Stop! dont go, I am warning you now so you have a heads up. The service was very slow; I could live with that if the food was good. The food was horrible. The nacho appetizer was atrocious, barely warm with individual nacho chips coated with refried bean that had the consistency of glue and 1 lone jalapeno pepper on each chip a dab of sour cream and something they tried to pass as guacamole. When I asked the waitress where was the beef in this, she argued with me that it was in there she never offered to take it back or anything. The other dinners where bad too... Robert Irvine would shut this place down in a heartbeat. So you have the warning I never got.... wish someone had told me - "Dont GO!"

Worst experience ever, and Im 38. Service was so slow, watched 3 other tables get up and leave while we waited and waited for our food, over an hour to get it. Server was very nice and apologetic but not much help. Asked for a refill twice before it actually arrived. Manager was know where to be found, my guess is that he or she was in hiding. Asked for the check and a to go box, that took 15 minutes, then the waitress forgot the to go box and had to go and get it. After over 2 hours we just left, something we should have done after the first hour like the other folks did. Corporate should shut this place down or send in a professional management team.

Usually this location is very good. Tonight however, my wife her friend and I had a very bad experience. We got there at 630 and got seated immediately which is good. We placed our orders and then waited for over an hour without any further communication with our server until we asked to see a manager. It took the manager 10 minutes to come to our table. While speaking with my wifes friend 3 other tables received their food while we continued to wait. When the server realised the manager was at our table they proceeded to bring out our COLD FOOD. Not a bad place but need to be consistent and treat people a little better.

We arrived and stood in the lobby without being greeted by anyone for almost 5 min. We were seated and sat for 10min. before a waitress that I actually knew came by and I asked if she could get our drinks. Another young lady arrived after that to serve, but I let her know we were being helped. Meanwhile a unprofessional waiter came by talking to a waitress telling her "F" what you heard, you dont look like her. I asked for Ashley to continue serving us and she was amazing from beginning to end. I dont know what happened today, but customer service was definitely not this TGIFridays strong point today!

Dont waste your time, money or appetite on this place. Sat at the bar at 8pm on a Monday night. Not busy. Took the bartender 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Threw a cocktail napkin at me and just looked at me. Ordered a simple jack and coke. He proceeded to close out a check, make two other drinks and wash out a blender. I finally asked if he made my drink. His reply "I poured the Jack but havent poured the coke yet. Literally a 30 second drink. While I came for dinner. I finished my drink and went somewhere else for dinner. Horrible service!

Long wait to get food and drinks but when I finally did get it , it was good. Maybe it was just the location I went to but I usually have a better experience. Some of the food was hard,over cooked and dry like it was just reheated. I usually go to the TGI Fridays farther from my house but couldnt since I was with a group of people and this location was more convenient. We agreed next time well just drive further and go to the other TGI Fridays, better service and better food is with the long drive.

We had a party of 14 that came in later in the evening. The service was great with drinks arriving quickly and food shortly behind that. While our group lingered as we planned our strategy for the client the next day the manager stopped by makes sure everything was good. After roding some deserts we ended up closing the place down before heading back to the hotel. Our drinks stayed full all the time we were there. Very fun place if you have a large party.
