Horrible, the waterfront location in pittsburgh. Just awful the table in front of us had issues too. No bottomless fries here, burger overcooked and a raw egg on it no silverware then no drinks for 15 minutes, the food took 45 minutes and then it was wrong and had to be sent back we seriously think they ran out of fries. The kids and i left hungry and the waiter never offered to do anything with our bill he kept forgetting stuff then said sorry and didnt make it right and then kept saying the fries were coming and tgey never did. Most ridiculous experience we have had in a very long time. All of the wait staff was standing around in front of the grill waiting for food that never came. By the time he remembered the fries again we were ready to leave. And we left no tip i havent done that ever. Worst experience ever. Shame on your managment and staff there at that location. I felt sorry for other people coming in and waiting for their food to materialize.

We have been here several times. I tried the raspberry cream soda, it was terrible. I politely asked if it was suppose to be sweet because it didnt taste right, I said it taste like the syrup was out of the sprite. She told me it was club soda and raspberry flavoring there was no sprite. I said that it was listed in the menu as sprite, so she 1st looked at the menu then grabbed my glass and just put sprite on top... Classy... Still tasted like crap, and I didnt drink it... She never asked if it were better. Other than poor service the food was fine... Try to avoid Mirandas section.

My husband, daughters and I love this place. They have excellent nonalcoholic fruit drinks and unlimited refills even on the drinks which are not plain fountain drinks! I love the tortilla soup here, but my husband is more partial to the guacamole burger. My older daughter likes the salads, but the no-so-great kids penne pasta is floating in butter sauce which I am not convinced is made out of actual butter. Otherwise, its wonderful for casual dining even if the prices are a little steep.

This review is for Red Robin, it looks like they tried to change their name after some pretty bad reviews....Upon being seated in the rear of the restaurant, by the big window, and being surrounded by several flies. We asked our waitress to move and she almost refused. After twisting her arm, she moved us. Then she stated that it was crazy and she was the only one there. We waited a long time for our food and our order was not correct. Will not return..

This place used to be a favorite of mine but it honestly might have been the worst burger I have had in a while...the bacon was cold and the patty was thin and I think was frozen at one point...it reminded me of a burger I had from a youth baseball concession stand that you would pay 4 dollars for ...not 13 this place is outrageous

Food was good. First time ordered a double hamburger and came out as a cheeseburger. While explaining it she wasnt getting a hamburger has no cheese! Then to top it off she charged us for that mistake that was clearly hers. She did fix it but since I only get there once in a while it just wasnt what I wanted .

The food has always been great every time I eat here and generally I have no issues with anything. Every once in a while its complicated to get a seat or your name just completely disappears off the waiting list, of course I think Im getting someone new helping me when those things happen.

The burgers are really good, even for a chain restaurant. You cant beat the endless fries. They usually have really good service, and they even let us bring in our own cake for a work celebration. I dont come here very often, but I definitely look forward to it when I can get the chance.

Not the food. The service of the girl who was taking my to-go order was TERRIBLE. I have never talked to anyone SO rude. I actually called her out on it and she said they were busy. THAT IS YOUR JOB! It was Dec. 28th 2014. If I was her manager I would fire her. No excuse.

You will get an amazing burger here with bottomless steak fries. It will not disappoint a burger craving no matter how obscure it is. Become a royalty member and earn points towards a free burger plus a free birthday burger. You cant go wrong here if a burger is what you seek!

I love the huge variety of gourmet burgers and there is frequently new flavors to try. Great drink choices (love the root beer float). There is more than just the great burgers for entrees such as fish and chicken and everything comes with unlimited thick steak fries.

Had a long wait during my last visit, but staff was helpful and the food arrived very quickly. Food was good and bottomless fries are always a perk! Many of the burgers are a little pricey and the fries are usually cold or overcooked! Not a bad place for a burger.

Very slow service in the beginning. Burger came out pink, ordered NO PINK. Only fries were with meal. Until complained. Then she took care of us. It was only her 3rd day serving. Dont judge someone., there is always more than meets the eye.

Gourmet burger was bland, no flavor. And their endless fries need to be, bc they only give you a small handful at a time. Our waitress sat at the table next to us visiting friends... with the manager. Will not go back to this one.

Just had lunch there as part of a group of 14. Alaynia was our server and took great care of us. She always had refills available for drinks and fries. Sometimes a big table can by tough on a server, but she excelled. Thanks.

I love the food here. If you like spicy foods, the Burnin Love is the way to go. Im not sure if its bad luck or not, but the last several times the service has been extremely slow. Like 30-40 minutes to get our food slow.

Terrible place. Ordered a cheeseburger with bleu cheese. Got a burger with mozzarella and marinara sauce. Never saw the server to tell him. He seemed too preoccupied watching the football game.

Always loud and noisy..dont come here if you like a quiet dinner atmosphere. Food is okay it could be better quality for the price. Overall a nice place to eat

Very good burgers! I recommend the Whisky River BBQ burger. I can usually only eat about half of it and take the rest home for the next day but its sooo good!
