I wont return. When you run a drive through you MUST have someone that is articulate and speaks the language well. I had to ask the lady to repeat what she was saying because it was so difficult to understand her despite the clarity of the speaker. Another issue with this BK and most others I have been to is that they put cold cheese on a luke warm patty. When you bite into it it doesnt taste good. Cold burgers or ones that barely register in the "warm" category are not my thing.

As others have stated, some of the employees arent very good at their customer service job. They are there to greet, listen and execute orders. Often times, the attitudes are just wrong. Rude even. If I am getting food at Burger King, my day is already bad, dont make it worse please.

As I ordered my food today the girl AMANDA that took my order was actually picking her ear!!! Yes, she had her finger in her ear and was searching in there for something. A piece of her missing brain, perhaps? To make things worse, her shirt was filthy. I hope she doesnt handle food.

Slower than expected wait times during the late hours. Specialty orders tend to have a 50/50 chance of being done correctly. Overall a nice staff, and an expected experience based on the price point of the meal and the speed at which it is done.

Fast-food without the fast! 20 minutes (really) to have my order and there were not many customers! So unbelievebale! Hopefully the food was good and still hot.

The crispy chicken combo (small ) at 8.39 is way way over priced. Place clean , no hot water in restroom
