In any place where youre eating you should feel welcome. I dont care if it is a fast food restaurant or fine dining. All that being said, the new look is hideous, music is low energy pop. I felt more like I was in the waiting room of a doctors office than at an eating establishment. Completely uninviting. Its really too bad Taco Bell seems bent on removing any traces of the idea you might be eating Mexican or Tex Mex food from the place. White washing abound. Anyway, the food tasted like it was fished out of the dumpster. I have eaten in the Salem commercial street location recently and it was tasty (for Taco Bell at least). I would have asked for my money back but it would have required being there any longer. I threw the food back in the garbage and left. Will not be back to this location.

I would say that all the normal variables one might expect to be present at any taco bell are variables here as well. Service has always been fine in my experience, but the glaringly obvious problem here is the prices. They are inflated far far beyond the scope of any other highly inflated franchise of a national chain Ive seen. There should be some control in place from taco bells corporate headquarters. Perhaps there already is, but if there is, it certainly allows for too high a variance from neighboring taco bells prices and corporate ads.

Its Taco Bell. Its one of the faster ones and order accuracy seems higher than most. Another reviewer said the food is "insanely overpriced." Its $1.29 for a soft taco. Is it $1.28 somewhere else? I like eating here, generally. The other customers tend to be noisy, but thats typical of fast food places. I dont go for the ambience. I go to get some "insanely overpriced" $1.29 soft tacos and $1.09 bean burritos.

Wow what can I say went to order finished and my truck died on me right then and there stuck out in the cold I realized I didnt have all my ideams I payed for so I walked back up to the window cause lobbys closed and taped on the glass and the manager looked at me and shook her head then went to go count money so yea I didnt get my ideam cause my truck is broken so yea

Avoid this taco bell like the plague. Every time Ive tried to give them a chance it takes forever. Ive been to lots of taco bells and This obe always takes, not exaggerating, 10 times longer. The drive through will take you 10 minutes a car and, if you go in, you will be stuck there for an hour. Most likely more. After like 5 tries Im done.

This taco Bell always put so little meat in any of their items that its hard to even taste it. I eat at taco Bell often however usually avoid this one because of the fact that they put so little meat. I thought that I would give it another try and it was still the same way. Guess I will avoid it again.

The only reason I dislike this taco bell is, they never have enough employees working at the most busiest hours. The wait is rediculas,I dont feel that it fair to the ones that are working ,they are doing work of two people. I mean really ! Im not the only one who feels this way?

One of my favorite places to grab lunch. Always pretty busy but they still get you in and out in a hurry. Never had any problems with my order, even when customizing items.
