So every monday i have been going in to the restraunt and ordering cheese enchiladas. I go in to eat because half the time they give me chicken and i can just have them fix it. Today i have surgery and look forward to having my cheese enchiladas. But i caint eat in i have to take to go. So i get home after surgery and grabbing my favorite food that i am so looking forward to and guess what. Chicken. Reallllly. After all this. And i even speek spanish. I call them all she can do is say ordered chicken. Lol. I do not eat chicken. So this is for you muchos. You have lost a long time customer for not taking care of your customer. For not tsking the time to verify orders. For not even caring about what you do for your customers. There is always another mexican place. So hopefully others see and fell my pain and just go somehwere ele where they hopefully care about you while taking your hard earned money.

I love Muchas Gracias. There food is cheap and delicious. I understand that they are a cheap good fast Mexican food. so when I moved to Newberg I was excited to see one nearly next door to me. This specific establishments food has been a disappointment many many times over. Ive given them several chances and will never eat at this Muchas again. I dont know if its that its just full of college kids that dont care. but the food is disgusting. every time Ive been there Ive been totally disappointed in my meal. same with my friends and family. If you live in Newberg there are much better Mexican food places to spend your money at. Who ever the owner is should try eating undercover there for a week. and if there not dead by the end of the week fix there food quality issue.

I have no problems with the food but the counter service is poor at best. I have been coming in to the same location for years now and as of late I have had no problems but there is a new person working at this location that has sub-par customer service skills, she is rude to me and even after numerous attempts at humor and casual conversation this person wont even say your welcome after I say thank you a few times. If it werent for the food I wouldnt come back nor refer my friends, especially when there are quite a few other Mexican restaurants in very close vicinity. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears, thanks for reading.

The only thing I enjoy is the beans, which even then turn out sometimes cold! Everything else that Ive tried tasted like a 3rd graders disastrous cooking project; perhaps even worse!!! The customer service is terrible, and they often get the order wrong. I would not trust yourself that you will get the meal you ordered. This place has many competitors that, overall, compare much better in quality. This place, a longgg time ago, tasted excellent. But now someone left the place in terrible hands, as the ingredients used have degraded in quality. I would never suggest this place from all of the other amazing food places we have.

Just went here for lunch and ordered a chicken burrito. They gave me a bean and cheese burrito instead. Didnt notice it was the wrong burrito until I had walked 3 blocks away. Had to walk back and get my order fixed. They exchanged it for a chicken burrito and again I walked away. I should have inspected this burrito before I left the store because this one was just chicken chunks wrapped in a tortilla. Nothing else in it. Apparently they dont know how to make normal chicken burritos here. I have never had this much of a problem ordering a burrito at a Mexican restaurant before. Never going back!

Ordered a chicken quesadilla to go. Came uncut with all of the chicken in the center, completely FULL of grease (I turned it upside down and got literally a half a cup of liquid out of it). I had to re-fold it like a burrito to eat it, got two bites in before I had to spit out a bite because it had a shard of chicken bone in it. The whole time I was sitting there three employees were sitting at a table near me laughing and joking with each other. I thought about saying something but it was obvious that no one working here cared so I left and will never come back.

They are horrible, dont eat here and save your money. I asked them like 4 times to make my order because the person taking my service was more interested in her phone then the customers order! "Great Food" My ass. Once I got the torta which for me I dont eat avocado so I asked not guacamole but of course, I looked at and it was just lettuce and meat ( and luckily the bread was there) but it tasted awful. If I had a choice I would have eaten down that same street the wendeys that is there. Please save yourself from eating this crap.

Staff never seems to know their own menu, always has me repeat my order 2-3 times. Presumably from the antiquated speaker system they use. Ordered a egg and potatoe burrito with guac and beans for my girlfriend. Should be a 3$ item plus 1.50 for guac and 1$ for beans. Charged us for a 5$ bacon burrito plus adders? Fish tacos were burnt, tasted like it was fried in old bad oil, and came with tartar sauce? Im ordering a fish taco not fish and chips. Brown lettuce in the taco. Will go to any other place in the future.

These idiots couldnt get an order right if their life depended on it. Been there three times, got three incorrect orders. Each time the styrofoam carton was covered in some sort of red sauce making a mess everywhere. The silverware they give you to eat with is too cheap to be of any use. BUT WORST OF ALL: I went there twice late at night only to find them CLOSED! The stupid kid working there couldnt speak enough english to tell me why, but we were standing right under the "open 24 hours" sign. False advertising.

Good for a late night snack, Muchas Gracias is not cheap. But if you need a flan fix at midnight, this is the place that will satisfy the craving. The chicken quesadillas are good, as is the carne asado combination. The Muchas Gracias fries are simply tater tots and Id rather get nachos from Taco Bell (yeah, seriously). Regardless, the rice and beans are tasty. Most of the food here is made to order, so it takes a few minutes to receive your order.

Although the food is very good the last two times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. They either forget to give me all of my order or they get it totally wrong. Tonight when I went back to have it corrected the order taker argured with me then charged me and extra $3.00. There are many other Mexican restaurants in Newberg and I will be going to them from now on.

The best place to eat in the area. If anyone leaves a bad review - they must be void of taste buds and like cardboard generic processed food. The food is perfectly seasoned, good portions, and very fast. Not to mention its 24 hours. I literally ate here 5 times in one week because it is so good.
