My husband and I typically go to this Burger King a few times a month as our "cheat meal". We have yet to have an issue with either the food or the service. Unfortunately, that winning streak ended last night as my husbands consumption of 2 Rodeo Crispy Chicken Burgers resulted in a tough bout of food poisoning. For the past 14 hours he has had nausea, diarrhea and has also been excessively vomiting. After eating the two burgers he immediately started to feel sick and tired and once the body started to process the food, he was unable to leave the restroom. Because of this experience, we will not be coming back to this Burger King or any other for that matter. We hope that our review can help others to either not eat the same chicken burgers and avoid having the same experience, or help this establishment work on how they prepare their food so that other customers dont spend their weekends becoming best friends with the toilet.

Feb. 7 2011.....I am a big burger king fan for over 20 years. I am amazed how far this restaurant at Keizer Station, 2655 Jorie Lane in Keizer, has missed the "Mark. The restaurant floor had food and trash ready for a good fall, The tables were dirty. The few people that were there, were looking for a place to set their trays down, while the employees stood around. A customer talking to a the cashier about not getting the right change back. My food was delivered quickly but it wasnt complete, and it was cold. The Manager Antonio appeared to be oblivious to it all....... I will not go back here very disappointing. The Burger King on River Rd. in Keizer a lot better for sure....

I dont ever have high expectations for fast food but this place is beyond horrible. The food itself, typical BK... service... the worst I have EVER had! We were given the option of apple slices or applesauce with our kids meals, big decision for the kids, they decided on apple slices, got applesauce, went to the counter to exchange, employee took the applesauce, put it away and proceeded to tell me they were out of apple slices. I had to ASK for the applesauce back. Ranch dip for chicken nuggets, they were all out, boy toys for kids meal... all out, ice... out of that too. And the employees were rude the entire time!

People working there dont know how to work or do anything. The girl read me what I ordered and then just starred at me. I had to ask what my total was. Then gave me my food and said bye, no drink I had to ask for that too. And then asked what the drink was even though I had already ordered and paid for it. I might as well have gone in made it myself cause they didnt even put ketchup on the cheeseburger. But on a positive note, the fries were good and not over salted.

AWFUL SERVICE! After standing in line for nearly five minutes (being the only person in line mind you) being ignored and watching the only four employees standing around talking to each other, someone finally came over to the register and proceeded to tell me they "were out" of nearly every option I asked for. I dont expect much from fast-food, but this was pitiful.

They charged me for a beverage I did not order because they said a water is not a beverages that is allowed with a meal. I had to confront them after my order to get my money back. Check your receipt when you order here. This has never happened at any other burgerking Ive ever visited.

The only reason for this restaurant to exist (not the chain, but this particular building) is to grab unsuspecting travellers from I-5. The dining room is small and dirty and the food comes out barely resembling what you order.

We didnt get everything we ordered and when we went back in the worker was rude and another person came in that didnt get all of her order either. I dont think we will ever go back there again.

Terrible service. The girl with the blue hair rushed my order through drive-threw, forgot my drink and walked away before giving me a straw, and rolled her eyes at me. Never going there again!

I have not had any issues with this location as of yet, been here only a few times, the drive through service is quick and so far accurate, inside and out seem clean and maintained
