I. Am. Infuriated. We came on a Friday night. We were so patient and so nice to her. Well, we got two chalupas and two chicken quesadillas and it came to 17 dollars! As predicted, we pulled around and Im not exaggerating... the lady told me to stop b&*^%ing and go somewhere else... I couldnt believe how awful she was! She was seriously rolling her eyes at me. It ended with her say your going to pay for it, you already did, Im not discussing this with you anymore." I was so hungry I let it go... When I bit into my taco I found a HUGE hair and the actual bread was so hard to whole top of my mouth is scratched up. Nasty nasty lady. Never ever going back.

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I complained to the manager the last time that my order was messed up, and he was very nice, fixed it for me & promised me they would do better, but after my experience today, clearly nothing has changed. I will NOT be returning to this Taco Bell any longer, which is a shame, because I really like Taco Bell. Every single time I have been there over the past 6-7 months, I have had issues, and I am just done giving them chances to actually be a decent restaurant.

Another BIG disappointment and constant frustrstrated when ever we go. We have had no two meals alike although we order the same exact thing each and every time. Poor training ....Never get the same consistency, portion or ingredients if you order anything other than nachos. Mgrs. Need to spend quality time training their staff. Its too bad actually that 90%of the city will agree with this review. I find this place as frustrating as our local McDonalds

Went there to get a couple of freebies. Was told the machine was "broke and catchin on fire, there were flames and everything." Ok fine. Asked for firey tacos, they were out. Asked for the sweet double stacked tacos and they were out of that too. Just got regular tacos and Pepsi. Pull up and she handed me a sierra mist. Strangest thing ever. But there is a cute orange kitten that hangs out outside of there.

Do not go to this Taco Bell! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They just simply dont care. They did not honor prices listed on their app. I place my order inside, never received my food. Finally ask how much longer & oh, my order isnt even on their screen to prepare. What the hell???? Finally got my food after waiting almost 30 minutes & this is on my lunch break from work.

This place has been awful. Anything fried tastes old, Rockstar Freeze machine is always down, food takes like crap. Only thing I have had recently that has been edible is the cinnamon delights. Oh and Ive notified taco bells corporate office several times about the issues and no one has contacted me back, ever.

My family and I went there to eat one night whilst we were traveling. It was 3:00 am, and right when the clock stroke 3, a woman started screaming in the kitchen. My husband who was a doctor immediately ushers back to check on the woman. She was screaming "Save me, save me!" It was a terrifying experience.

Went there this morning to try the breakfast. The breakfast menu wasnt up, so the guy told me a few things they have. Ordered two sausage burritos, which were mediocre. No one was at the window when I pulled up and the wait was long. Only reason this isnt 1 star is because I didnt get stabbed.

Anybody who had anything good to say about night time service is a liar. Go to sheetz right up the the road. Taco bell isnt worth getting no meat and having terrible service. Tina who claims to be night shift manager is a C word! Find out fir yourself i have good video of her!

Got my order right, but every time I come here it takes a good ten to fifteen minutes to get your order. Drive thru or walk in. Unacceptable. I only go to taco bell because its supposed to be faster than Chipotle. Not any more. Head down the road to chipotle.

We went in at about 12.30 to grab lunch and their breakfast boards were still up... Theres no times to say when its served until and the staff were pretty rude about it when we asked. I usually love Taco Bell but the food and service was way below standard

Got a nacho belgrande, it was sour, had others try it to be sure and they confirmed my tastes and suspicions, something in this product was bad! Did not return to complain due to being on a deadline. Time was around 7pm on Tuesday evening 2-28-7.

Dont waste your time or money at this Taco Bell. Ordered soft tacos barely got any meat in them nothing but lettuce. Took it back and the manager did not seem to care that there was no meat. First time, last time.

Horrible. Mexican pizza tasted weird, cheese wasnt melted, they didnt cut it, wrong type of quesadilla, my crunch wrap had a gaping hole in the bottom... Terrible. I love taco Bell, but this was bad.

Food is always on par. However the lunch service is very slow. Also thier drive through menu has been broken for a while so it is stuck on lunch making ordering breakfast difficult.
