Although the endless salad and breadsticks were good, that was the highlight of the meal. We arrived at 2:30 pm, on a Saturday. The waiting area was full, and our "10-20" minute wait turned into half an hour. While waiting I needed to use the restroom. DISGUSTING! I was greeted with a sewer type smell that was overpowering. Not only did 1 of the 3 stall doors not have a latch, there was water on the floor. There was no bathroom tissue (thank goodness I had tissues in my purse), and a plunger in plain view, under the lavatories. The countertop was soaking wet, and there were no paper towels. Upon returning to the waiting area my apetite had all but disappeared. I was ready to leave then and there, but my husband had been looking forward to a particular item on the menu. After we were eventually seated, we noticed all the empty tables and then understood why the waiting area was filled in the middle of the afternoon. There were plenty of servers walking around, several of which were obviously looking for something to do. Our food was fairly good, but cold. We had to ask for drink refills, instead of them being offered to us. Its time to get rid of the chairs on wheels too. A child behind me kept rolling into me. It wasnt her fault...her parents should have noticed, but didnt. All in all, this was a very disappointing visit, and we have vowed not to return to this particular restaurant. This one is 35 minutes from our home, and the next closest one is about 50 minutes away. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

I attempted to order carry out lunch yesterday. I called right as they opened at 11:00 am to place my order. The girl that answered was extremely rude and told me they were very busy with large carry out order. I told her all I wanted was soup and salad. She put me on hold for 5 minutes. I think she hoped I would hang up. I did hang up and waited 5 minutes and called back. A different girl answered this time and I asked to place a carry out order. She was rude and hurried me through ordering. Finally she told me it would be ready at 11:45 am (it was approximately 11:05 at this point). I asked if it would really take that long just to get soup and a salad and she told me yes, they have a huge carryout order. So I waited almost 45 minutes to get my order. They also completely ignored me when I went in to pick up my order. They tried to help a man that was behind me and had clearly came in after me, before helping me. I understand that they were busy, however there is no excuse for treating me with such disrespect. I also cannot understand why they were trying to turn away other customers with orders even when they were busy. Very unprofessional.

Well, where do I begin. First we put in our names for a table, was told it would be 15 min 20 tops. After 45 of patiently waiting with my wife and 3 kids under 10 I had to go ask them if they had any idea how much longer it would be. I was told" well Im sorry it seems like the computer must have had a glitch and lost your table. It does hiccup every now and then. I was then seated about 5 min later. Manager was nice and came over and offered us a free appetizer. Our breads ticks were burnt, our waitress was too busy, I had two kids order root beers and that was fine. When they were about halfway gone she brought out more rootbeers. We thought ok great shes finally gotten on top of things. Until we got our bill and was charged extra for the refills that we did not ask for. It seems like the last few visits we had have gone bad and we used to love going to this place and my daughter calls the her favorite place to eat. I recently went to Texas roadhouse for the first time and I see more visits coming there in the future. Service and food was far better there.

This is getting low stars for the way staff handles problems. I have never had an issue with my food but Ive dined with people in recent weeks that had issues with theirs. First was undercooked chicken. When brought to staffs attention they offered to recook it or grab something else. Which if youve ever eaten undercooked chicken you would know your stomach is done. Just offer to front the meal that the person only took one bite out of. Second time was similar but my friend order all you can eat soup and salad for a lunch out. After eating most of the first soup he got he ended up getting a mouth full of cardboard... Yea cardboard. That was obviously part of packaging for the food. Again when brought to staff attention it was a quick sorry and can I grab you another bowl of soup. It almost seemed like the waiter didnt hear that he had cardboard in his soup. But when you dont have issues the food is good and typically the waiters are polite.

This restaurants is showing the decline at Olive Garden. Thus why I havent been back to any Olive Garden. I have eaten (not finished) at this one twice. I called the head quarters of Olive Garden to complain and I should have called 1-800-I dont give a @#$%!!!!! 1st there was food pieces left on table, chairs and floor. There was old napkins and a fork under the table. Then the waitresses who just talk to each other in the middle of us ordering. Then the cold food, thus why I didnt finish eating. I would put money on the fact it was a day old food or recycle from trash. Sauce was cold oily and coagulated like left overs. Will not do Olive Garden again and it was my favorite place before this restaurant.

My wife and I and my brother-in-law and his fiance went to this Olive Garden. We all ordered the never ending pasta bowl with the same sauce, thinking it would be a nice time. The for the next day and a half, we all have made many "extra" trips to the restroom. I wanted to call on Sunday and notify the staff what we had experienced, not to get anything and not being a tool about it, just letting them know. After being on hold for over 4 minutes, it was obvious I was not going to speak to anybody. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody for I will never go there again and will think twice about going to another Olive Garden

I had a terrible experience with some of the servers. They were sitting in a booth next to where we were seated gossiping and signing. I went to get the manager and one of the servers approached my husband asking if he wanted some entertainment for the night while I was gone. I was livid. The manager came back over, Frank Juersivich, offered his sincerest apologies, paid for our dinner and gave us a gift card. We did eat our dinner before it all happened, which was fabulous. I am sure the server problem will be corrected, but by the time we left I did feel like Frank made our experience a much more positive one. Thank you Frank!
