Terrible experience today. I ordered a 12 piece family bucket. I ask for thighs and breasts only and offered to pay more for the inconvenience. I was to,d by "Courtney" that she "didnt have enough chicken to do that. What!? I politely told her that I understand that it may take a little longer as well. She then said that they were short staffed and they couldnt do that. I really couldnt believe that I was paying $30 for chicken and I couldnt pick what chicken I wanted. If I would have had more time I most certainly would have left and went elsewhere. I agreed to let it go even though it was a very lame excuse. Once I got to the window I paid with a hundred dollar bill, she gave me my change of $64. Upon looking she only gave me $44 and when she saw me holding the money she came back to the window and said that she made a mistake and shorted me. I didnt tell her how much I was shorted, yet she got in the drawer and handed me my other $20. The entire experience made me very upset and I will not be going to Main street KFC again.

They give you 2 plates and one 4 inch plate for desert. You also get 2 single serve honey sauce packs, if you ask. The KFC in Troy, Ohio, is much better. $1 more for th he buffet than this one. But is well kept at the Troy location. And they give you a clean plate each time you ask. They also are very friendly at the Troy location. Spend the extra and get much more. Also the music was so loud at the Springfield location that you couldnt talk. The Springfield location needs help.

Good Food, Quality dependent on who works there. People come and go however, also prices are high and for a good deal Tuesday. Good deals otherwise dont last long on great ticket items. They always change your favorite meal taking the deal off, and charging you an outrageous price to get what they hooked you on. Man I dont go because I feel pressured to spend a lot of money, I never really know. When I do go it is really good food 9 out of 10 with above mentioned issue of staff.

Just ate here for the first time at this location. I had been to the Upper Valley Pk location several times when it was open. This place rocks! Great food! Great buffet! The employees were working their butts off but still super nice and helpful. My family had a great dinner experience. Thank you! I will be back. BTW.... I love Norm as the new Colonel.

We called them 1 day before our family party; and they went out of their way to accommodate us! The manager was very helpful! The food was good , and they included as many extras as they could! I would definitely come back for another party!

The chicken is the worst there. MCDONALDS has better chicken than Kfc. Also my aunt had a fight with the manger.
