Staff is slow and careless, which is normally acceptable for fast food (albeit unpleasant). The food is usually fine, sometimes its nasty. However, the part where it gets ugly is how the staff treat customers. This is hands down, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They dont just suck... theyre actively rude towards you for literally no reason at all. Ive had people stop me while ordering and have had people actually raise their voice at me. This seems to be acceptable here and therefore, I would not recommend that anyone spend their hard earned money on overpriced chicken while they great treated like theyre an inconvenience by some jerk whos angry at life. And for bonus points, the hygiene is pretty awful. There was a time I walked inside and decided not to order with my friends because one guy behind the line was so visibly dirty that it turned my stomach. Do not bother with this place.

The food is always good here. The chicken is always crispy and hot. Unfortunately, there is always something that dampens the experience. The latest visit, they had ran out of mac n cheese which is one of my favorite side items. Another time it took like 10+ minutes to get my food, I think it was due to someone who failed to show up to work. Most every time I come here to order food, I go in to order, and the staff there has always been friendly.

Do not go to this restaurant unless you want raw chicken served at an unbelievable slow pace by super rude people!!! Ive been there twice and was served raw chicken on both occasions. Both times were with chicken strips, which are really easy to cook through. I have contacted the store and the corporate office wanting to speak with them and show them the pix that i took, I still have gotten no response. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Sanitation is poor at this location. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! The floors were muddy, the staff were walking around in dirty uniforms and one of them walked across the street to eat at McDonalds at break time instead of eating there. Many people walked in and left after seeing the place. Once I looked into the prep area, I left without ordering.

Very disappointed last two visits. The size of the pieces have gotten so small. A thigh has less meat than a wing! At first I thought we might have just received some small pieces. We gave them another chance. Wont go back again.

Something bad went down at Popeyes today. Like some unholy being came up from the depths of hell and sucked all the life and joy out of the employees. It was like a den of unhappiness. The food was yummy though.

Chicken pieces very small. I asked for thighs and they had been cut in half. We did not even get whole pieces of chicken. For the price we should have had a decent piece of meat.
