Been to this location 4 times and every time they mess my order up or dont have legs. I went tonight like a dummy. Ordered 24 pieces of chicken, I went in and made the order they give me nasty chicken looks like it came out the trash. And it was cooked in month old oil .call when I get home the manager says he will make my chicken fresh . Told him 3 breasts and 21 legs spent 60$ I had coupons. I will be damned I get home 16 legs the rest wings and breasts. Pissed. .. never will go there again lake orion sucks people are slow and rude

Drove 30mins to get to this kfc only to be told after siting at the speaker 10 minutes at 9:00 they didnt have enough chicken they offered to have me wait 25mins for fresh chicken I declined pulled out of the parking lot and right back in and agreed to wait for chicken. I was then told they broke the fryer down already they couldnt make it in less than 1 minute. Why keep your hours open untill 10 if you only cook untill 9:00 very disappointed i will make the longer drive to go to the waterford location very unprofessional and rude!

Went to the location to get a 20 piece. They were once again out of most original pieces. Took a mixture of mostly crispy. Chicken was terrible. Sane a note to KFC who offered to replace the meal. Went back a few weeks later for my replacement and was told they were again out of original, 20 minute wait. Stopped going to this KFC a few years ago because of this same issue. Avoid.

waited 20 minutes to have my order taken only to be told i had to wait 12 minutes for biscuits then they asked if i wanted a rock hard "fresh" cookie In my opinion this place is no longer tied with burger king for worst restaurant in Lake Orion it takes the cake. Crew was dirty and disoriented and manager was upset when i asked for a refund i wont be returning why cant i give zero stars

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Three times now I have walked in there at lunch and walked out because I didnt even have my presence acknowledged at the counter for 10+ minutrs. I will not be back and will be emailing their corporate office. Their manager Elmer Lee needs to be canned like yesterday.

Horrible KFC worst Ive ever been to disregard their closing time cause if u get there at 930 pm youll be refused service because they dont want to wait til theyre closed to do cleanup and shut the fryer down early. Not to mention the customer service from the disrespectful little pukes that work there.

The staff wasnt very friendly at all and it seemed like they didnt want to help us. Also we got the $20 fill up that comes with 8pcs and most of the pieces were chicken nugget sized. They should know better.

I typically call my order in ahead so its cooked fresh. Why wouldnt you with pizza and fried chicken? Never had an issue and the staff is always friendly.

This is not a clean place to eat. They are very slow to put your order together. I would say one of the worst places in Lake Orion to eat or drive thru.
