Worst panera Ive ever been to. Of course the first time in my life that the cashier didnt repeat my order back it was wrong. I am a patient person and never wrote a bad review about wrong orders if they are corrected, but the girls working on the line were super rude about the order being wrong. You could tell they were super unorganized and didnt care. I will continue to take the drive to strongsville for better service.

Came here around 1pm for a work meeting and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of service, how fast my food came out, and above all, when a staff member (not sure what Paneras jargon is for employees) came over to our corner table and pleasantly offered to take away my plates!

The Panera Bread here is good, nothing really wrong with it, its relatively quick, has good food, but at the same time theres nothing that makes it great. Regardless it is still a good place to get food from.
