You know, for a first time customer, you’d think you would try a little harder so you can retain the person as a repeat customer. These 2 girls, one tall skinny white girl with long hair and the other shorter girl with dark hair, dark skinned were so rude to me I felt like a creature crawling out of the water or something. The look they gave me when I walked in was not welcoming at all. I might add, not a person in the store but me with 2 employees, you’d think I should have received individualized attention, I mean, they must be looking for business since it was dead slow. Made my purchase - still rude. Received my drink and the lid was not on or my cup was all wet, but got my clean shirt dirty on my way to a Drs appointment. Short dark haired girl didn’t even say she was sorry as she saw me clean my shirt with the water they have for self serve as SHE MADE the drink. They just kept looking at me with that puss. The only reason why 2 stars and not 1 is because it is a good looking store and the water location outside of the store is beautiful.

Visited this coffee shop first thing in the morning 2 days in a row as it is the only coffee shop in this hotel complex and both times they had virtually no food and no muffins on hand. both times the clerk indicated that they were waiting for a food delivery..... as a restaurant, one would think that if they did no get a food delivery on one day, then by the next they would have rectified the issue. Secondarily, the clerk on the second day was pretty rude....

I disagree with the meh review. This is a lovely (if out-of-the-way) specialty coffee shop that brews quality coffee and makes its own syrups. Delicious. Add to that the setting along a marina and and fountain and you have a real gem!
