Managers are always there, and very friendly people. They have a lot of regulars who seem to be friends of the managements family, so if you drop by when theyre all around it can be kind of loud. I dont recall the quality of the coffee, but its about as good as any coffee joint. Their real mass appeal comes with the hookahs they carry. Only hookah joint in Parma that I know of. Their hookahs are kind of broken down but you can trust they will be clean. Not sure about how they accommodate for 4-8 people who want to share a hookah, but Ive always been given a hookah made for one person. Not a major complaint, but what do I have to do to deserve a second mouthpiece, guys? Personally, Im not a big fan of hookahs but whenever Im invited out by a friend, well go there for a hookah and a coffee just to relax. Their only bathroom is in a back hallway which connects to the rest of the businesses around it, so naturally the only person in charge of upkeeping it is never around and the utilities are busted up. Blame that on the building owner.

I love it, its close to my house. The employees are great and helpfull. You can get great coffee and chill. They have alot of people hanging out all the time. They have a privet bar to have privet parties and events. They have the best hookah and if u have a problem they are always willing to correct it! They have a lot of flavors and real fruit bowls. In the summer the patio is beautiful ... Its lit up and always crowded with girls and guys. Just look at the parking lot, you will see some of the nicest cars all the time this tells u about the customers... They could go Any where but they choose here!

Arabica is my favorite spot to hangout, honestly a second home. If you walk in there chances are my music is playing and if you want a song on let me know and it gets played. The owners are the best, people say they are rude but its lies, they joke around with everyone in the hookah bar. The only reason you will get kicked out is if you are very underage and smoking a hookah but who can blame them for not wanting to get in trouble? All I have to say is if you come to Arabica and introduce yourself to me, we can kick it all night, laugh till it hurts, smoke hookah, and listen to some good all night long.

Not a place to study, or get coffee for that matter. Atmosphere isnt friendly to studying - there was a TV blaring in one room, and the other room was a hookah lounge. Even with no one there smoking hookah, the room still smelled like it. No music or any indication that this was a coffee shop (other than the name). The coffee didnt even smell or taste like coffee. Also, the carton of half and half on the counter was just sitting on the counter - not in an ice bath or a thermos. Im sure its a fun place in the evening to go smoke hookah with your friends if youre into that, but do not go here to study!

I have always gone to coffee shops and am a Parma native who often frequented this Arabica. I must say that this particular shop is inadequate for numerous reasons. The people that come to this place are loud, territorial, and often high school students who make a point to be the loudest and most obnoxious, often running around the place. The coffee is less than drinkable. The espresso drinks are over-priced for the quality. It is unfortunate that I have to write this but it is not worth the money.

Let me start by saying me and my friends have been to many hookah bars in the area and this stands out by far the most but only because the service sucked and and the employees were very rude. I personally will never come back to this place or recommend to any one and Ive been here a couple times and treated the same way each time also if you dont like untrained dogs the owner just lets them run loose and it doesnt help that they drag the dogs around when they misbehave.

Horrible latte. Was looking for an alternative to Starbucks, and this was not it. Latte was excruciatingly hot, espresso tasted burnt. Smelled horrible, guy behind the counter seems like he was half asleep. I had no idea what a hookah bar is and made the mistake of walking in here with my young son and father in law looking for a nice coffee shop to have a latte and chat. This is NOT the place for that.

Great place to hangout and relax with friends while watching the game, fastest service for serving clean great tasting and long lasting hookahs, cashier always talks to you like a friend, great selection of snacks and food and drinks, servers are polite and helpful and considerate, place has come a long way since it first started new management in 2009

Had a bad experience. Hookah was terrible, management was rude. When ask for more coal they acted like they didnt have any more. Tables where sticky and dirty. Didnt have enough tvs. tried playing card but no full deck of card it was 9 to kings. Out of everything the customer service was the thing that pushed me to say never again.

I am 45 Im big on customer service and I take all my friends there anytime we go out.. love to show this place to my friends when looking for something fun to do. Plenty of options for food drinks and seating. Hands down love this place!

Thought it was a coffee shop, walked in and found out I was wrong. This isnt your typically arabica They had more beer choices than coffee. Tables were dirty and the guy working the counter was not the friendliest. Also it a hooka bar. If your looking for a good cup of coffee and an alternative to a Starbucks keep looking.

This place is supposed to be a coffee shop. How can you call yourself a coffee shop ic you font open until 12:00? People want coffee on their way to work or after church not for lunch. They say they are open at 8:00 but Im in the lot at 11:00 Sunday morning and this place is closed up like an old ladies legs.

The place is nothing but a front. NOT worth it. Though good place to go for illegal what not. The fact that this goes on right next to city hall adds to the humor. And no, not talking about the hookahs. Look up the pasts of the guys who run it. Interesting stuff.

Great place to come and meet people. Great coffee and great selection of snacks. The service and hookah are def the best in cleveland area. Owners have done a great job with the place and have made it even better with the lounge update.... Check it out and enjoy

My experience at arabica is a 10 out of 5. Arabica owners treat me like family, they never forget about their loyal customers and they always treat their new customers with respect! Great atmosphere and also its the hottest spot in Cleveland!
