Ordered a Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich expecting a fresh or at least actually grilled piece of chicken. It was microwaved for two minutes to get the chicken to a nice rubbery consistency and then the rubbery chicken was added to a bun with lettuce tomato and some sort of attempt to make up for the dryness of the chicken, as the sandwich is now soaking wet. Biting into the sandwich is like trying to choke down a piece of tree bark recently dunked in slightly tomato flavored mop water. As if this wasnt bad enough, I tried to wash my sandwich down with a drink of my coffee, at $2.25 for a large, you get what you pay for. The coffee tastes as if it was brewed through cigarette ash rather than coffee beans. Overall, this is the worst cafe Ive ever been to and will never come back when Im in town.

Dont let the mountains of flavored varieties available fool you, Although not well advertised, this coffee is locally roasted and fresh (unlike *$s and similar chains). The owner is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality. Definitely a step above mostof your typical shops on the south side and the suburbs as a whole. I would even put this above Erie Island in Rocky River and 4th. You arent going to get a lot of the lighter roasted, artisan stuff you get at pour or rising star, but even at a Full City to Vienna Roast, the Colombian house blend is very good, and I can vouch for the Sumatra as well, which I got a lb of retail (makes an excellent espresso). Havent found anything better than this in the Brecksville/Broadview Heights area yet, and i doubt that I will. Ill be coming back.

My first visit here was absolutely perfect. I ordered a toasted coconut blended mocha thing... lol. Better than any frappuccino Ive ever overpaid for. Most places have stopped serving toasted coconut drinks, which is a shame because its my favorite and that alone will make me a regular. The selection of pies and pastries is impressive. The service was great but we were not in a hurry and the place was not crowded. If you have some time to relax on an early sat morning, I can think of no better place to be. Plenty of seating unlike crowded starbucks locations. Needs more advertising - we found it out of boredom

Sitting here wondering why I just spent so much money on a meal that came out of a microwave. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, an oatmeal, and a couple of drinks and I spent over twenty bucks! The dinging of the microwave as all of my food finished "cooking" only reminded me I couldve spent less going to dunkin around the corner. The only redeeming quality about this place is the guy was friendly... Thats not enough to get me to come back.

You have to hand it to a locally owned and operated place like The Coffee Club thats still doing a great job after more than 15 years. The big national chains may come and go, but Id rather put my $ back into an establishment owned by local folks, and of course, continues to offer coffee, drink, pastries and desserts (like that homemade cheesecake) and sandwiches. Great job Coffee Club and keep going strong!

Not the cheapest coffee in town but if youre looking for cheap then theres a gas station across the street that may suit your needs better. I come here about once a month and enjoy the quiet and relaxing environment. Also a nice relief from the trendy decor and patrons of a starbucks. Food is good, and the coffee is great. I recommend this shop highly.

My bookclub meets here once a month and its really nice! The noise level is a little loud, but the staff is nice. They bring your order out to the table- even if its just a muffin! Everything Ive had here is really good, but the sizes are HUGE! Like some days I just want a small treat, but they are all the size of my head! You really get your moneys worth!

I live out of state, and come to Cleveland a few times a year. Ever since we discovered this place, I insist we come here at least once per trip. Great breakfast sandwiches, yummy muffins, excellent pastries, and really good coffee. Whether youre staying in the coffee shop or getting things to go, I highly recommend this place!

Ive always loved this place. Great selection of coffee beans, incredible pastries (try the cheesecake), good deli sandwiches. Id rather give my business to a locally owned and operated coffee shop/cafe than one of the impersonal national chains any day! Always had fast and friendly service too, even on a busy weekday morning.

I love this place! Had lunch there and the food was fantastic. Got a chicken caesar tomato basil wrap and mocha latte and both were excellent. The place is absolutley beautful inside. Gold chandeliers, crown molding , hard wood floors. Really first class. Amazing assortment of pastries too. Cant wait to go back.

Three Saturdays in a row we tried to get some breakfast and coffee, stopped by after 7:00 am (today was 7:24 am) and never was open!! Not sure if the schedule had been changed or if the person whos supposed to open on Saturday mornings has always been late!!! Had their coffee once and it was good.

It is such a nice pleasant place. The owner makes you feel like family and his staff has been trained well in courteous service. I always have had good food or a nice latte when I have the occasion to visit. Thank you for being here in Broadview Hts. I hope you stay for a long time!!

I have been coming to The Coffee Club since the early 90s. I love it. Makes me long for the pre-Starbucks days. Almost like stepping back in time. Everything is wonderful! I have a hard time going in and just getting coffee. Tim is a very down-to-earth guy.

The coffee is good, if you actually get it. I have been in 3 times, always enjoy my drink, but twice the people have forgotten at least one drink off my order, which has never been more than 4. Food is just so-so, its all microwaved. Bakery is good.

A nice place to meet clients. Its worth paying a small fee for refills. Sandwiches and deserts are always good. Could use more outlets for power and a few larger tables.

The place is a nice cozy place to hang out, regarding its environment. However, the seats are so worn out, its gross. Big damper on an otherwise great place.

Got a latte and a pumpkin muffin. The muffin was really good and big. But the latte was way below average. I didnt try their regular coffee which may better.
