I ordered the cheese steak and when I got to the car the grease came dripping out of the wrapped sandwich and all over myself and truck. There should not be that much grease, even on a philly. The staff is not blatantly rude, but definitely not very welcoming. They are more interested in talking amongst each other than taking orders. Quick word to the owner...teach your staff simple manners like saying your welcome when a customer says Thank you. I witnessed this 3 times in one visit. I will not be back

My girlfriend had to take her sandwich back up 3 times, first put on oil and vinegar which she ordered without, next time had no tomato or mayo, then still no mayo. I was almost finished before she took her first bite. It was over $20 for 2 people at a sandwich shop. Food was good, once we received what we ordered.

The bun and ingredients of the subs have decreased. It is very disappointing and is less filling. It appears you are trying to cut cost without raising prices. I feel that this tactic will run off your older customers, me included.
