Worst Dairy Queen by far. I go to South Bloomfield better service, better food, more space and you can dine inside, as well as they have Ice Cream Cakes. As for the Circleville location its always lacking in customer service including the owner/manager, not a good food selection, (potato chips) "No fries" no fryers to deep fry foods. No ice cream cakes, said they do not have the space to keep any cakes on hand in order to make them for customers yet I was told I could call in and order a cake ahead of time and I would have it within 24 hours which was not true, when I got there they did not have my cake I had to drive all the way to South Bloomfield to get a cake. Same problems every year. Been to several Dairy Queens in other locations but never any as bad as this location. The need to find a new location an be under new management and hire better customer service representatives who actually care about the customers.

My husband and I try to give this place "a second chance" time and again, but we are always reminded why we avoid this location. They constantly close early (I drove by at around 4pm on Friday and they were closed, and its 6:30pm right now and they are closed even though it says 24 hours on here). Any time we get a Blizzard, it is terribly mixed or not mixed at all, with all the candies/fillers at the bottom of the cup. The service and cleanliness of the place typically seems subpar as well, and they often are "out of" what we want. The South Bloomfield location is 1000x better. Edit: It is a week later and they now have a large sign up that says they are closed for a remodel and are under new management. So well see if it turns out being for the best

The owner Todd is too cheap to even fix an order, uses stale items throughout his entire store, uses water instead of milk in his ice cream, and overall will get as much out of as little as he can. You may as well drive to Chillicothe or South Bloomfield to get better quality Dairy Queen items because this privately owned Dairy Queen is trash and run POORLY!

Its DQ so you know what youre getting ice cream wise, but they dont serve food as far as I know. Also theyre swirl ice cream machine is ALWAYS broke! Stacking layers of chocolate and vanilla is NOT the same! If they would fix the machine I probably wouldnt go to dairy shed as much!

I got an Oreo Blizzard back in July/August. The Oreos in it tasted disgusting. They tasted stale and similar to cardboard. I figured it was a fluke. I just got another one and same problem... the Oreos taste gross. I havent had this problem at any other Dairy Queen.

They dont serve anything from the main menu such as burgers, coneys or chicken fingers. They only have the ice creams, plain hot dogs, bags of chips, bbq chicken sandwiches, and I think a pork sandwich. Theyre also only open seasonally

Last time I ate here that food was cold. And I also found out that the owners smoke inside the building around the food. First and last time I will ever go there.

Horrible quality food. Icecream is very bland and doesnt have any unique flavor. I suggest going to the dairy shed down the road.
