Me and my girlfriends went out for margaritas and dinner today and our server Sergio was absolutely amazing. He kept up on us but not too much to be overbearing. We will most definitely be back more for margarita mondays. We have never have had such great service with a restaurant before and we want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Also the food was so fast and quick and delicious. The salsa had a great kick of spice to it. Thank you so much Sergio! We will be asking for you from now on.

I was there today with my family, I never saw a horrible customer service like that... the guacamole was bad so I told them its ok I will go with beans, after I finished eating they added up the cost of the guacamole on another order!!! So instead the order being $5.99 they charged me $9.99 !! The manager was even worse than the Mexican girl, I will never go back to this location.

If you have eaten quality, authentic Mexican food, do not go here. If you havent, dont worry, youll be just fine. The chips were stale, the "salsa" was runny with more of a spicy marinara taste, the chicken was way overcooked, all the food was bland and unappealing. The service was decent. If you have children, this is apparently the place to bring them.

This place was recommended to us. We really love our Mexican food, but you had to order sides with your meal, which costed extra. The waiter forgot half the sides we ordered. Id never been to a Mexican restaurant that didnt just give you a side of beans, rice, etc with your meal. The menu was covered in food. Cant forget that part.

Came in for a late lunch and the place was mostly empty. Their lunch specials are available on Saturday though, which is a nice change of pace. The food was tasty and the prices were very reasonable. Not too much food, but you definitely get your moneys worth. Nothing amazing, but would go back if I were in the area.

Ive been a long time Rincon Mexicano customer today I went to El RanchI Grande and had amazing food, an amazing server Sergio, and the most amazing atmosphere! The prices are way better and the quality of food is through the roof! I will definitely be coming back! This my new favorite restaurant!

The food didnt taste fresh or even prepared to order for some meals. It definitely felt lackluster for how much money youre paying. At those prices youd expect at least some culinary effort. That being said, the drinks are strong and reasonably priced for how much you get.

Its hard to find a Mexican joint that has great food AND great margaritas. This place fits the bill! I recommend Chorizo Pollo (tell them to use queso instead of shredded cheese, youll be happy) and my wife likes the carnitas. Trust me. Weve been going weekly for years.

My wife and I eat here often. Service is always great, even when they are busy. The food is CONSISTENTLY GOOD. We try to come here at least once a week. The staff has a really good sense of humor as well and they always seem happy to see you.

Went to the Beechmont location in Skytop plaza. The food under cooked,The service was slow and had no ideal about items on the menu. We got our bill and found that they charged us for things we never ordered. Never going back to this location

Not long ago beer was just over $5 for a 32 ounce mug. Now its over $6 for a 24 ounce mug. Who in there right mind would pay that?? WERE NOT AT THE BENGALS GAME! Ive never seen such an incredible price jump on anything in my life.
