You know the food up here is so lacking, i have been here a couple of times and the pizza is always lack luster, especially for the price, so I decided to get a sausage par hero... well they burned the first one and instead of saying we messed up, they just said have a seat and will call you when its ready. By now i;m seeing whats happening and already annoyed I see that they just plop the old one in a new hero and what I got is one sausage and barley any sauce.Never again will I come back.

Originally, I was not pleased with this place. They earned a low notch on my belt after an order gone wrong, but my entire experience changed when the following occurred: not a mere 20 minutes after posting a dissatisfied review, I was contacted, apologized to, and had a new complimentary order sent out. Unbelievable. This is the quickest and best service Ive ever received. They really care about their patrons.

I enjoy that I can get a yummy pizza quickly for a decent price on the days I feel like being a little bad with my food choices. The guys that work there are Russian sweethearts but only if you smile first. And they always remember my name and order but that may be because Im a woman. Hey...the perks of being feminine.

I love this place! Their food is always fresh and their pizza is delicious. I have never had a problem with them and I have been going here for years.The staff is so friendly and always so welcoming. They even know me by my first name :) Will recommend them to anyone looking for a great pizzeria!

I always get pepperoni and regular pizzas and they were just the best Ive tried in NYC so far. The service is also great and if you are a regular there they already know your order. Very respectful staff.

Pizza is pretty good but I dont like that they write your credit card number on the reciept. I would order two to three times a month if they didnt do that but now I order from other places that dont

Much better than the food at other Famiglia chain locations, though thats not saying much. The food is decent and better than that of the other local pizzerias.
