I stopped by this establishment because I had a voucher and when I arrived, I presented it to the cashier and then placed my order. He rudely tried to charge me anyway. I explained how vouchers work and he brushed me off. I sat and waited for the meal to be prepared and after about 15 minutes, I heard the cook ask the cashier what I was having. This location is very small, with 3 counter seats and a full view of the kitchen so customers are clearly aware of the goings-on. My order had never been put in. The cashier tells the cook that I was having chicken fingers and when the cook begins to complain, the cashier shushes him mid-sentence and tells him not to worry about it. This blatant disregard for customers was appalling. The only saving grace is that the food I received was so delicious. There were 5 chicken strips to an order, which I thought to be very generous. The exteriors were super crispy and the chicken inside was moist and flavorful. Unfortunately, the service I received ensured that I will never return.

Working in the financial district on a Sunday will limit your choices of places to eat. So you might forgo the lets see whats around the corner and be lured in to any open food establishment. This is what brought me to Burger Burger. Add in the subtext of a recent trend of catchy-named Burger joints, which for the most part has yielded some good competition. But I cant say Burger Burger is one of those competitors. Cheeseburger and and choice of fries or side-salad = $11.98. (I opted for the salad.) The burger had no seasoning/taste whatsoever, and was acceptable at best. The bun was collapsing upon first bite. The sort of meal that quells the hunger, but leaves you sad. :( Overall, Im sure this place remains in business strictly because of location as the food was disappointing especially at the price. Youll only get my money once.

Their burgers are good, however if you order something like turkey burger, expect to wait in line for 20-30 mins. I would appreciate if there is a order that takes longer than the others, they can say it aloud to their chefs to put it on the grill instead of waiting for my turn. Then they advertise half off on groupon but say you want to order two burgers, you can only use the groupon deal one time when you have bought for 5 punches. What difference does it make if I order one today and one tomorrow vs two today? Its an inconvieience. Their burger is good, service is good, process is flawed.

Forget five napkin, (its overpriced anyway)... this is by far, the greatest burger and selection of burgers in my 21 years of eating burgers in Manhattan. I also have never ate here, I have only ordered, so I cant even imagine how good the burgers are fresh off the grill. Try it if you dare, but I warn you... since the moment I tasted one of these burgers, I have yet to find anything like it... :( causing all my burger dinners to never quite measure up to what a burger once was (and still is) at burger burger.

This place is awesome. I go there so much. Even when I dont really want to eat anything, I eat there anyways. Or if I walk by randomly, suddenly I HAVE to have a burger. This place will be the end of me and my fabulous body. Great, quick service too! Try the veggie burger with American cheese and cheese fries. There is no such thing as just a burger anymore... there is only Burger Burger.

Servers were quick and friendly. Fries were decent. Burger was borderline inedible. I ordered the namesake "Burger Burger" with fries and a drink. The burger tasted like the guy at the grill had cooked it with a blow torch. Total cost was over $20. I considered giving the spot 2 stars for the convenience and service but at that price I simply cant.

Ive gotten delivery from here a few times from work and its always been great. They have a variety of different burgers to try out and their curly fries are great. One small gripe I have is adding toppings to burgers is super expensive (I order online). I mean $2.25 to add a few grilled jalapenos onto a burger, thats crazy! Either way, super good!

Trio platter, perfectly exquisite. Three different mini burgers can even be made specific to your desires. Toppings on other burgers combined with others, if its not on the menu specifically under Trio, accommodations are made so you get the taste you want. Sweet potato tots are amazing, atmosphere is fun. Did I mention great service as well?

I eat here too often because I work across the street. The burgers are big and the medium rare I order always comes out right. Not a mind blowing burger but still really good and the fries are good too. The guys working are super nice, but I think the place is a bit costly.

Their burgers are good, which you would expect! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the GF bun tasted. Also, when you order on Seamless, the fries manage to stay crispy and hot! A great lunch place with tons of options to suit all tastes!

The name of establishment is a bit misleading. If you call yourself Burger Burger the food you serve should not be one notch above average. With that said -- if you want an average burger and do not have high expectations it is worth a try.

This is by far the worst burger place in NYC. I order two burger combos and it was disgusting. The fries were hard and the burger was burnt. The servers were nice and the place was clean, but the food is completely inedible.
