Ive always been a fan of Shake Shacks; when I found out they had opened one in the heart of Brooklyn Bridge Park, I was beyond myself. I came here on a Sunday night and there was still over a 20+ minute wait. When I got close to the front, close enough to see and smell all those juicy burgers, an announcement was made that they had run out of burger meat. My worst nightmares had come true. Forced to get the hot dogs, which werent anything special even with the crunchy shallots, we asked for ketchup since the dispensers were empty. The staff insisted we try again and then stared at our futile efforts to get any ketchup. And we hear one guy say that theyve also run out of ketchup. Really? Ketchup? The burger meat I can understand why: because they didnt do a good job of inventory control. Ketchup: I doubt they get shipments of this at the same time as burger meat. I found them to be kind of lazy because no one even attempted to move to see if they had any left. And so, my beloved Shake Shack in my beloved Brooklyn Bridge Park gets a mediocre rating from me.

Après la traversée du pont à pieds, petite pause dans un des Shake Shack de NYC... La pause était principalement pour aller aux toilettes, mais toilettes réservées aux clients, nous en profitons pour goûter quelques petites choses... Le Burger était très sympa, leurs frites avec du fromage et bu bacon, écoerantes et grasses à souhait, nous navons pas lhabitude... et en boisson... jai voulu faire un test en prenant un "stumptown cold brew coffee"... surprise, il sagit en fait dun simple café froid... je ne savais pas que ca se vendait...

La localización es muy buena, justo frente al puente de Brooklyn y con unas bonitas vistas desde la ventana. Pero, a diferencia de otros establecimientos de la cadena, en éste no venden las típicas patatas rizadas. Hay bastante espacio, aunque al mediodía suele haber cola, pero el servicio es bastante rápido. En general, es un buen lugar para comer a buen precio en una localización muy turística.

La migliore location dove mangiare i migliori hamburger di new york! Il locale allinterno è piccolo e affollatissimo, ma voi fate la vostra ordinazione e gustatevi il vostro panino sul prato verde del vicino parco Empire Fulton Ferry. Una vista indimenticabile dello skyline di Manhattan e del Brooklyn Bridge, che per qualche attimo vi farà sentire un vero newyorkese!

Once I went here on my day off and it was kind of early in the day for eating burgers, so I had a chicken sandwich. It was kind of small so I got another chicken sandwich and a beer. I joked with the cashier that maybe the chicken sandwiches should be buy one get one free today, but they were not. After I finished the second sandwich and beer the manager came out and gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. I guess it was right at the beginning when they starting serving chicken sandwiches, so they had these promotional coupons all ready to go. I decided not to eat a third chicken sandwich that day. Have you seen the brookyln bridge?

A localização é fantástica, junto ao parque de Brooklyn. O Shake-cago dog estava delicioso. Só não tem 5 estrelas pela experiência de usar as casas de banho: 2 cubículos individuais que são usados à vez, quer por mulheres quer por homens e que não dão vazão para os utentes do restaurante.

Si vas a hacer una pequeña excursión para ver el puente de Brooklyn este es tu sitio. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está a pocos minutos andando desde el puente y la calidad muy buena como en todos los restaurantes de esta franquicia. Id con tiempo porque se suele llenar

Great burgers with delicious meat, fries OK, prices low. As a tourist it was my first dinner at Shake Shack in Dumbo, Brooklyn. We had a great table with a beautiful view of the downtown Manhattan skyline. The place was less crowded than I had expected. A lot of teenagers were present but it was Ok. We had the Shake Shack Burger, the Hamburger, fries and cheese fries. I didnt like the cheese fries but the normal ones were OK. The burgers are not expansive (around six dollars), especially regarding the quality of the meat and the other ingredients.

Super bon burger recommandé par le guide Lonely Planet et plusieurs visiteurs de passage à NYC. Jai pris celui aux champignons, un régal avant de se mettre en route pour traverser le Pont de Brooklyn. Très peu dattente pour un dimanche soir.

I think this is the best Shake Shack location. There arent that many people compared to the other locations and theres an outdoor area to sit as well as indoors. Even better is that you can go to Brooklyn Bridge Park and eat there. The Shroom burger and fries are still as good especially now that the fries are fresh cut, not frozen. Another plus is that they have good wifi. Ill be back to this location, the other ones are too touristy and you have to wait an hour for your order.

Had a stop over at Shake Shack after visiting the Brooklyn Bridge. The place looks relatively new and very clean and was told it was a new branch. Very quiet, not inundated with tourists so thats always a plus for me. Staff was extremely helpful because my wife and I had no idea what we wanted. The burgers are very good (and yes even the vegetarian ones are awesome). Coupled with fries and a drink, its good fuel for the walk back over to Manhattan on the Brooklyn Bridge!

Ottimo lhamburger e particolarmente felice la location a pochi passi dal ponte di Brooklin. Nulla è più Newyorkese che mangiare hamburger e patatine contemplando lo skyline di Manhattan allombra del mitico ponte.

Muy gracientas la pinta que tiene no muy apetecible pero muy buen. Sabor cuando la comes la mejor que probé en mi viaje...el servicio un horror de tantísima gente para esperar es unisex y hasta media hora para entrar.

Cadena de hamburguesas estadounidense. Si visitas el país, no te puedes ir sin probar sus hamburguesas y el batido de manteca de cacahuete. Ahora en españa lo han copiado con la versión del TGB, pero ni se le acerca.

Delicious Shake Shack is infamously good and this location is no different. Be advised... save your receipt to use the bathroom. Seriously this bathroom requires receipt code to use and dont make the same mistake I made... if you accidentally through away your receipt like I did and try to buy a coke to get another code you have spend over $5 in one transaction to use the bathroom seriously no joke. Be aware of this its a pain in the butt!

O Shake Shack é excelente. Recomendo o shack Burguer com fries with cheese, e o delicioso milk shake de baunilha. O restaurante costuma ficar bem cheio, então recomenda-se chegar cedo.
