The coffee is mediocre but the customer service is almost always bad. Was just there looking for a cappuccino and was told the espresso machine was out of order, but then as we were checking out the guy told us that they just wanted to get out of there and that they were closing at 2pm (on a Sunday).

I come here on a regular basis, and I love the coffee. The customer service is great on occasion, but dont expect much on rush morning hours.
