Unknown particulate matter coming out of soda machine, staff unwilling to acknowledge issue. Basically, upon filling up a cup with coke there was soap like foam on top of the drink that didnt settle. Very odd. Upon tasting the soda it had a very strong astringent flavor that reminded me of bleach or something equally gross. Upon showing this to the staff, their exact response was "yea we know". I tried emphasising how terrible the soda tasted, and they merely nodded at me like they were trying to placate a fussy toddler. DISGUSTING bathrooms with an odor that wandered out into the dining area. Upon finally receiving my food i realized (after leaving and heading back to work to eat) that the shrimp baja burrito i ordered was actually steak, and the rice i paid extra to have added, was missing. Save your money, dont risk getting sick at this unreliable restaurant, and enjoy your food anywhere else.

My coworkers and I had called in for take out. It took an army and some for us to place the order. The staff there have very poor english, so its even harder to place an order over the phone, every order had to be repeatedly minimum 5 times before we could go to the next. Moreover the staff is rude and not ettiqutte. I love Baja Fresh food but this ones service is just not proper!

This is my first visit to a Baja Fresh location. It was also my first time trying a quesadilla and I must say I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. It was cheesy and hot and delicious. I also tried it with a bit of chicken and that was yummy as well. I certainly will return to this place in the future for another delicious quesadilla.

Service here is always very nice, but this is the third time visiting and having my food was misordered. Nothing like going home to a burrito you didnt order thats been over-charged for the meat they didnt put on it.

Not exactly the most popular of the tex mex chains but I love the freshness of baja fresh. I love that u dont have to pay extra for sauces. Compared to chipotle its a better value but the meal sizes are rather small.

This location has gone downhill. Slow, limited staff, mis-orders, and dirty. There has been a missing urinal in the mens room for months. Look up on the ceilings, ducts have probably not been cleaned in years.
