This location is pretty awesome. I visit frequently at least once a week. The customer service is awesome. The amount of time that youre in line during the worse rush is not so bad. The drive-thru can have 25 cars waiting to be served and it will still take less than 10 minutes to order, pay, receive my food and pull off. By far the fastest drive-thru hottest food , most pleasant service in a Drive-Thru Ive ever experienced. Most of my experiences are with the drive thru but every now and then I do buying in and the atmosphere is pretty nice. The staff will bring your food to your table for you they keep the area nice and clean they refill your drinks the bathrooms and play area are always clean. The only reason why I did not give this location 5 stars is because service and accuracy is lacking a little bit during the evening hours. There are less customers in line in the drive thru and dining in yet it takes longer to receive an order. I usually have to wait a minute or so for my food when I get to the drive-thru which is still pretty fast compared to other businesses but I would suggest visiting during the day because there are a higher number of errors in the evening. I think everybody has a better workflow during normal business hours compared to the evening.

Im not saying just because I work here. I felt this way before they hired me. They are a very clean location. If something is wrong and it is told they fix is asap. Their employees are excellent!! I love how they have specific people for the register and specific people for the dining room. So the cashiers cant place all their focus on the customer in front of them instead of having to also take of the people in the dining room. Not that, thats a bad thing. Your just not able to give your undivided attention to the customer in front of you

Went in yesterday around 5:30pm and ordered a number 2. My food came out and it wasnt what i ordered, I looked at my receipt and it was a chicken sandwich written on the receipt.. but thats not what I ordered. When I went to the same lady who took my order to tell her thats not what I ordered she called the manager .. or supervisor idk ... they told me that i would have to reorder and that they would charge me, I found that it was absurd because their worker messed up my order

Amazing how such a franchise with great products and a corporate insistence on politeness, can manage to consistently get my order wrong. Order from the menu, but NEVER ask for ANYTHING outside of the norm. Even asking for "extra ice," or heaven forbid, Unsweet Tea,and they can not manage to make that happen. It is almost incomprehensible how consistently they fail to give you what you ask. DONT PULL AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THRU EVER WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY!!!

I would love to go here more often, but its always PACKED. I mean, dont even try to go through the drive-through. And its not even that they have bad/slow service, I just think the demand is really out weighing their size. But the few times Ive been able to make it inside without a huge wait, its been great. They were right on point with their food and their service. So try it out, but expect a delay, and then just be pleasantly surprised if there isnt one!

My first time coming here but not the last. This stores service was quick and the food was great. I got there at the beginning of the Saturday mad-dash breakfast rush (between 10-1030) and they got cars thru the drive thru with little fuss and the great and friendly service youd expect from a Chic-fil-A. Its also in a great location, just up the street from the new Wegmans & Foundry Row shopping center.

Like most locations, this place is crazy busy, especially during the evenings. Ive counted at least 16 cars in the drive thru line before, ended up going inside, and waiting maybe 10 minutes for food. Not bad considering the staff is very busy but always courteous and helpful. Ive never had an issue with the quality of the food and the inside is clean.

Every time I go to Chick-fil-A in Owings Mills, I am amazed at how consistently good the food is while getting such polite service, even from the youngest employees. Our children love the food as much as we do. Its actually difficult to pass by the restaurant and not stop when we have the kids with us as they always want Chick-fil-A.

Girl who waited on us screwed up the order and didnt appear to want to be there. She realized the error in charging me for something I didnt order but let me walk away and didnt offer to refund the overcharge. I had to return to the counter and brought the error to another waiters attention who then made issued the refund.

This fast food restaurant is way different from the typical one. For workers are very polite, they are clean and they really value as a customer. They bring the food right at your table and they periodically check with you how things are going. I really enjoy eating in. Its my best fast food restaurant.

Food is always great! Pretty much the only fast food place that has real.healthy options. Also service is always exceptional. Especially for fast food. Their tomatos seem more ripe than other locations I been. Only negative is they wont take slightly expired coupons when locations in Columbia will.

I has amazing food which is healthy and the customer service is phenomenal their is a line but is moves very quickly and I definitely recommend you go to the restaurant it has the best chicken Ive ever tasted. But the parking is very terrible that its so hard to get to one place to another.

This place was jumping inside and out. Brought my daughter in to get ice cream and to play in the playroom she had a blast. I fell in love with the frozen strawberry lemonade while my husband enjoyed the 12 pc nuggets. I see why this place is always jumping family friendly place.

The service here is always phenomenal. Everyone is courteous and helpful every single time Im there. Theres always a line but it moves quickly and theyre always prepared for the crowd. I continue to come here because the service is just so great! Excellent store!

Sorry no pics! Food was fresh, fast with friendly service. My family didnt particularly like the watermelon mint lemonade. However, everyone has different taste buds and opinions. So go for it!! Oh they gave me a sample of the lemonade. That was cool.

This place is always busy. I eat there 4-5 times a week. I enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. For this area it is hands down the top of the line for fast food. Good tasting, good value, friendly and fast service despite a ton of customers.

Worst service i have ever received at this location. I mean, fries were soggy, I received the wrong dressing, and I asked for 2 ranches but never receieved them. Im now stuck at work and have to eat my salad without dressing :((((( never again.
