Good customer service is hard to find, when eating on the cheap. After a long day shopping, my family and I decided to have dinner at IHOP, since two out of the three kids would eat free, this is great for a family of five. Well, a mistake was made on our bill we were charged for all three kids. Ok, this seems like a simple fix either void the transaction or credit us the difference; after acknowledging a discrepancy and twenty minutes of me explaining the role of a manager in customer service, I was told repeatedly there was nothing she could do. Finally I was refunded ten bucks, gee thanks! Trully nothing is free in life even when advertised, since I paid for it when I had to drive home aggrevated, tired and cheated out of my money, again thanks, this will not happen again.

Party of 4 and all orders were not correct. Cheeseburger was to be plain and they take it in the back and scrape off the cheese which was correct and bring it back out. Our omelettes both had onions and milk shake was to be plain however had cherry and whipped cream. Waitress had attitude about the corrections needed that they created. Spoke to the manager and she said would speak to cook, we left and went to the Gambrills location which will be our new selection. No problems there.

I dont know why we have to pay a 15% tip after 10 I have never gone to a Ihop where I have had to do that. Also why was the food 2 times more expensive. Also THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR MY FOOD. I am a college student that was charged 53 dollars twice. Then I have to go above and beyond to try to get my money back. I was scammed Im never going back to this Ihop again.

One star only because I had to select it to write this review! We were robbed! Walked in had good food tip was automatically added to our ticket, no problem there, oh but I guess they forgot to tell everyone after 10 pm all menu items cost more! Like $2 more on some items including what we ordered! WTF?! Paid and walked out extremely disappointed!!

Drove to this location to avoid the Capital Heights location. Got seated immediately but had to wait 15 min for a server to come to our table. When she did finally show up she was hostile and unapologetic. Came to this location so we would not have to deal with that attitude. The servers name is Addid and she treated us like we were a problem.

The breakfasts are good and it is a good value. You get a lot for the money. The pork chops and eggs are very good. The corned beef hash is good. The service is inconsistent. The service can be excellent to non-existent. The pancakes are sometimes too starchy. They make good crepes.

Good Food - Good Price Some work friends and I decided we wanted to have Breakfast for Dinner. We went to IHOP and found the restaraunt clean, service prompt, and food good at a reasonable price. What more could you want for a fast meal? Ill be sure to go back.

It was a amazing place to eat breakfast and the service was just awesome our waiter was really kind with no mistakes AND THE RED VELVET PANCAKES WERE THE BEST SO WAS THE HASH BROWNS BACON AND THE HOT CHOCALATE

Good service, equally good breakfast. I had eggs, sausages, red potatoes, & crepes. Couldnt beat it for less than $10. I usually visit IHOP once a month. This one is the best Ive been to in this area.
