This location desperately needs to hire additional night staff. Every single time I drive by this location with the hope of getting a snack or some dinner the drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building, out of the parking lot, and practically jamming up a lane of traffic leading into the shopping center itself. You will be lucky to see one car move every 20 minutes. I once waited 25 minutes before finally giving up when not a single car had moved. This is not the fault of the poor short staffed workers Kama it is the fault of management for not hiring additional night time workers. More staff means more sales faster, which in turn means greater Revenue. Its basic math, if you are the manager of this facility please hire additional night staff so that I can actually buy something at your place once in a freaking year

I was greeted as i walked in, my order was taken quickly and even with my substitutions it was quick and effortless, my wait for my food was less then a 2 minutes it was ready even before i had filled my cup all the way with drink, all food tasted wonderful, and fresh Not as if it had been sitting around all day,my order was filled to a T and nothing was missing over all very very pleased with my visit to the Owings Mills Md, Taco Bell, My Team member that help me with my order was Shaniqua, very polite, and with a shy but bubbly personality, was very helpful and finish my order process with a Thank You and Small but welcoming smile

There is a noticeable difference between the portions of burritos that I have ordered during the daytime and during the night time. Either the daytime is putting way too much into the burrito or the night time is not putting enough into the burrito. Either way I prefer the daytime. More contents inside the burrito takes away from you noticing the very bland and starchy flavor of the tortilla. All together I like this location. Very friendly staff and super quick especially during the day when making the food I have ordered.

The customer service at this store is probably the best of any fast food place Ive been to in Baltimore County. Theyre friendly, helpful (making suggestions on how to order what you want for the least cost), and extremely nice. The food is also really good (better than other Taco Bells in the area). They are also one of the few locations that carries Diet Mountain Dew :)

15 minutes without drive through moving. If the food isnt ready you could ask them to pull up. With no way out of drive through line it just seems inconsiderate. Especially when they try and hand me cold and soggy food and give me problems when I ask them to at least warm it up... just poor quality service even for this industry...

Worst Taco Bell ever. The wait in the drive thru is always around half an hour, no matter the time of day. They make the cantina bell items with totally different ingredients, like nasty shredded lettuce and weird rice, not the cilantro lime kind. Not worth the wait or the money.

This location isnt bad since I havent ate any mexican food in a minute. Very clean when you walk inside the restaurant. I order the $5 big box which was really good I wish they wouldve gave me some more meat in the tacos but what else can you get for $5 for three tacos.

Fast service but asked for them to substitute my ground beef for steak on my taco (that I was charged ) for and they didnt do it ..also forgot to give me a drink while I was in the drive thru everything seemed rushed and sloppy 7:00pm on 5/22/15

Literally sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes. Most taco bell are alot faster without any sacrifice to food or service. Something or someone must be missing in this equation. The cashier was nice and the food fine tho.

The lady yewande was nice. However the food was poorly heated. Skimped on meat and was really just thrown haphazardly together. Its going to be a very long time before I return. Two stars because yewande was nice

Great food, great service. My family and I eat here regularly, and rarely ever have an issue. When we do the staff is quick to address the situation, and have always solved it quickly to satisfaction.

Its convenient and you get what you pay for. I wouldnt make an everyday diet of eating fast food, but to occasionally grab a taco and juice from somewhere that stays open VERY late is excellent
