I arrived at 8pm today and saw a couple standing at pick up with no manned registers. I Stood by the registers but the young lady that came to the front area went to current pick up customers. I then waited in place while another middle aged lady walked in, directly past the current queue, waited where I had first attempted to solicit service and was called to be served before myself. I had initially walked out in frustration, but came back in to politely air my grievance. I did not receive an apology but instead was looked down at while the customer who was served was quicker to offer explanation than the employee. On top of the inconsistent and reduced portions, which had been the case for about a year now, I dont feel as though Ill be visiting again.

Ive loved the concept and the menu of Noodles & Company for quite some time. To me, the food is just great. Today, I had an exceptionally nice customer service experience, The gentleman who took my order and brought it to me, Kevin, was very conscientious and kind to offer me a cup for water when I didnt order a drink, and consistently checking to see if I needed anything else when he brought my order and another time in passing. Every member of the staff I encountered was great, even while appearing to be managing a lunch rush exceeding well.

I am not the type to leave a review, but I used to love this restaurant! Went today to buy takeout and the people working the night shift gave me an extra full container of ice cold noodles with barely any sauce!!!! My Japanese pan noodles were plain and yellow. Im so disappointed. This is blatantly disrespectful to the customer to clearly put no effort into making sure my meal is fresh and properly made. I wont be going back to a restaurant whose management allows this type of thing to happen!

I LOVE the food!!! I usually have a great experience. The customer service The last 2 times has been horrible. this last time I was left on hold by 2 different people for 15 mins each time. I was trying to order over the phone since the Internet ordering service was down. When I called back the 3rd time, I told the young lady that this was the 3rd time I called and I was told that theres another noodles & company in Owingsmills that I should go to of I was that unhappy

Very nice place great food if I have one complaint they dont give you enough food the food is amazing the dishes are fantastic they just dont give you enough they have these big white bowls that gives you the impression that Im really going to get bang for my buck but at the end of the day for the price that they charge it just doesnt measure up but I still give it 5 stars have a great day.

The service was quick and friendly. Im not a huge of fan of Noodles and Company food but, this location was the best out of the four locations I have visited. My biggest issue with this location...the trash is directly connected to where the clean utensils and napkins are located. Hhmmm, maybe all locations are like that but I never paid attention?

The service the worst ever. waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I was helped, but not till after ignoring us and skipping us and then being rude. With no apology, I was still polite and said thank you at end and the cashier didnt even say your welcome

Super nice staff(!!!!!!!!!) and great food! The restaurant was clean, very fast service, lots of good food choices (especially for vegetarians like me) and overall great atmosphere. Will definitely come back again!
