We showed up at 5:30 to beat the rush, but the food was the issue. I ordered a burger, some mozzarella sticks, and my wife got a buffalo chicken wrap. The mozzarella sticks showed up with no marinara sauce, the chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce, and my 10+ dollar burger looked like the same burger you would get at the Caseys nearby. I didnt comment on the preformed, burger kinda thing, but I stopped the waitress and asked about the marinara and buffalo sauce and the lady copped an attitude and walked away. One of the managers showed up and started apologizing (seemed like a decent guy, said hed fix the order), but my wife was scared that the staff may do something to her food if she complained and made them remake the order. Either way were not going back. You have waitresses just lounging about chatting amongst themselves instead taking care of customers and for some reason, it may just be me, but I kinda find gum chewing by food servers kinda unprofessional. The Burlington BWW has changed for the worst in the past year.

I love coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings! Very open and clean. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, especially the servers that usually wait the bar area (where I usually sit). Food is always great and length of time to get it varies and how busy the restaurant is. The drinks are awesome! Always cold and mixed just right. The bartender Sammi is one of the best, have got to ask for her if you stop in! She remembers names and what people drink, very personable. Lauren is another server that is great to ask for, she has a lot of personality! The managers all seem pretty young, but very professional. This Buffalo Wild Wings outdoes most that I have been to and for being in small town Burlington Iowa that says a lot! Will continue to go back!

Dropped in here to watch an NBA Finals game and have a bite to eat with the family. Ordered $150+ of food and to be honest was pretty disappointed. The highlight of the meal were the appetizers. Surprisingly, the worst food we had were the boneless chicken wings. They were hard and too chewy. When I asked the waitress about it she simply told me thats how theyre supposed to be. We returned them anyway in exchange for another flavor and they too were bad. Rather than make a scene and be that customer, we chocked it up to bad luck and paid our bill. It was great to be able to watch the game and the atmosphere was fun. Just surprised at how bad the food was.

This is literally the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever experienced. We have ordered carry out from here probably about 6 times and they have yet to make our order correctly. They are not very complicated orders, just different flavors of wings, sometimes a salad or a burger - and we have yet to receive what we ordered the first time around. Super frustrating and disappointing because we reallllly love wings! We are resigned to the fact that our name must be on a list somewhere ;)

Never knew ribs could taste like fish, thanks for that experience. Apps arrived approximately 4 minutes before entree. Perfect if you like buffet dining. Food was cold and terrible for the price listed. Either increase the edibility of the food or decrease the price. Thankfully they have beer and a lot of TVs. That should keep them in business. If you are going for the food, I would blind draw ANY other restaurant in Burlington and take a chance somewhere else.

Make sure you check everything in your to-go order. 3 times in a row that Ive picked up food they have either forgot items, didnt put sauce on wings, or didnt put sauce in the order. Tonight we ordered 4 items. A side salad was forgotten, so I asked them if it was on the order, one person walked to the back and got a salad. I noticed that the tenders on the order didnt have sauce on them either as requested.

It good place for watching football a lot of flat screen TVs and a bar there also loud lol then food good the wing taste good but ask for extra extra sauce cause they dont put much sauce on their wings but other then that good and there are good service here and some will talk to u BTW haha talk to the young one they love talking;) hope u like it to have a howling great day

The food is tasty.The wait staff is friendly.It is definitely different than other wild wings.Its good if you want wings and sports on the TV.The volume is at a high rate so its not comfortable for a family to relax and eat.

Service ok. All BWW are just way too loud with terrible acoustics. Actually because if the acoustics the level of sound doesnt matter it just creates bad sound quality. The open mouthed gum chewing by wait staff could go.
