Ordered 20 piece 1/2 garlic parmesan and 1/2 dry rub. Chicken was not fully cooked, could barely taste the garlic parmesan and the ranch dressing was very thin. I called the Monroe store and was toldni could bring it back in for a eeplacement. I live too far. I told the young lady to tell the cooks to slow down. I asked in dressing changed and she said no I told her it was watered down. She said She would tell the district manager about my complaint. She also said she has told the district manager about the same thing i complained about. Please get it together. I wasted my money

Rude, Rude, Rude... I was on hold for almost 20mins. When I asked if this is normal and she responded with a bad attitude yes and if you want it you will wait.. I asked to speak with the manager and she said that she was the manager. Then its to expensive and they charge you for the sauce. I feel like if I order 20 wings you should give me some sauce. I will NEVER go back and if anybody asked me about them I will tell them not to ever go..

I will start going back to buffalo wild wing. It took forever to get the food. When Im told it will be ready in 18 minutes I expect it to take no longer than 25 minutes. Instead it took 44 minutes. If you cant deliver the food in the time window you tell customers then you shouldnt give them a time. Or maybe they are too ignorant to tell time.

Great wings. I always get Lemon Pepper. They are always fabulous. They are not fatty and are well seasoned. The fries are excellent. I am giving this four stars because I think the prices are quite expensive. Its nothing to drop $40 - $50 for a meal for two.

inconsistent service! Charge 1.60 extra for all flats, but yet you give 3 flats on a 12 piece. Wings were pre cooked! How do I know? After 5 minutes of ordering Im walking through the door and they were ready.

Rude counter personnel. Order is never right and they are always rude about it. I was just told "I dont know what you ordered" when I asked them to check my order because something was missing.

First it took thirty minutes to get my food the drink machine would not work the owner changed the channel we was watching than they charged me a dollar for a small cup of ranch

Food was decent, a bit greasy. The floor is covered in grease, and there is a lot in the air. Perhaps the hoods arent working? Tea tastes like it is old.
