As a former barista, Im really disappointed in this Starbucks location. I ordered 2 drinks which were both made incorrectly, but noticed only one error in the store. When we mentioned it to the barista (Paul), instead of remaking it, he walked over to a register and refunded the difference between what he gave us and what I ordered. When I got home, I discovered the skim hot chocolate I ordered was instead a whole milk mocha. Neither barista on duty showed any level of accountability, and I will not be returning to this location again.

Great coffee and staff but... we are coming into the winter and the doors open directly into the seating. They need heaters over the doors to keep the store warm. Some other Starbucks have them. Also, phone chargers were taken out of most tabletops and those remaining mostly do not work

Extremely slow staff who enjoy socializing more than doing what they get paid to do. Only truly good staff member is Amy. Also, if you accidentally leave anything there / ever need to contact the store - Dont bother. They do NOT answer their phone. Ever.

A Private User

This chain has taken over the world. Cutesy little coffee shops are now non-existent because of Starbuckss fancy frappacinos, and the like. This particular branch always is smoky outside, is overpriced, and the baked goods are generally rather stale.

Consistently better team members at this location, compared to some Norwalk locations. Quiet patio area, and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi at this location is not that fast. Bring a book to read while your waiting for your web pages to load

I mean its Starbucks so its pretty good, too expensive but a chill place to stay at considering they have free wifi and very friendly staff.
