I travel a lot and frequent Starbucks regularly, this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I didnt just have one unfriendly barista I encountered 3. One could not have been any more rude- including taking out a garbage right as she saw I was trying to throw something away and then pointing across the room and telling me to "just go over there". The second one gave me the sandwich I ordered and when I asked for ketchup completely ignored me and glacially walked away from me. When I walked back and asked him for them the second time he snarled at me and said "Huhh... I guess." The third one took my order and basically refused to speak to me, she grunted a bit and never told me the total, then snatched my card and grunted again. I was livid when I walked out.

I brought in my reusable cup per their promotion and the saleswoman used a disposable cup just to write my order for the barista. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of saving the environment. I said this to her and she rolled her eyes at me, she said she could write it on my reusable cup, but only if I always order the same thing, which I dont. I suggested maybe they write the order on the cardboard sleeves and she said they dont keep them by the register and stopped talking to me. Urgh! Im never a complainer, but I didnt like how rude she was and their lack of social consciousness.

Went in this place around 6:30 AM on 4-28-10. After serving two people in front of me (I was 3rd and last) AA server turned her back on me and started fumbling with filters while WM manager read NY Times with his back to me. Manager finally looked up and went over to server, he quickly returned to reading the paper since I only wanted a cup of bold jo

This is a great place. Super convenient and accessible, and a great (large) layout with community table, many small or large tables, and lounging space. Missing one thing - a Clover! This is my favorite place to meet friends or new clients- just tell them Ill see them at Starbucks at High Ridge and the Merritt!

Beautiful, clean store with lots of nice seating areas. Server seemed resentful towards having to interact with me and other customers. Excuse us for distracting you from your chat with the other server. Remove stick from your @$$ please.

Im not a big fan of Starbucks, especially the ultra-high caffeine content of their coffee which is sure to addict and hardly healthy. But despite the long lines, this is a spacious and comfortable Starbucks and nice to have it in town.

This place is terrible. They serve smaller cups, especially compared to any other Starbucks establishment, and the servers do not provide the proper components to each drink (e.g. Missing drizzle, syrup, etc.). Poor job overall.

Not your typical friendly Starbucks. The staff seemed to be bothered by my specific order and then got it wrong twice. The place is messy and the manager seemed disinterested in gemeral. I wont go there ever again.

High volume SBux with a gold staff that moves the line along. Good variety of seating with decent power plug options. Plenty of parking in the shopping center, but it can get crowded due to the one way loop.

Great Starbucks near Merritt Parkway exit 35. Very popular during morning rush. But there is also a lot of seating. If you dont offered ahead in the morning, be prepared for a line to get you latte.

This must be the most profitable Starbucks in Connecticut. Always long lines, parking is a nightmare, trash overflowing, seats as valuable as gold. Its annoying when you just want a coffee to go

Very efficient for a Starbucks. Normally, Starbucks is not a quick in and out coffee stop, but this one was the exception to the rule.
