We just had the worst experience. We received the wrong order on a take-out item and immediately called them to let them know. They put Mariah (the manager) on the phone and we explained the dilemma. She said that the order must have been read back to us and we didnt say anything then so there was nothing she could do. I explained that the we were willing to come pick up a new correct order and bring the mistake back and she said that she would have to charge me. Unbelievablely horrible service. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he only comes in sporadically. As an owner of a small business, I am unsure how this place stays in business with service like that.

TL;DR: Good wings, but bad, slow service. Whole story: We like the wings here, but the service on the day of the super bowl was pretty bad. They werent doing online orders and the phone is always busy so we drove up there to get the wings. When we tried to order at about 2:15 they said they werent taking orders until 3 so we waited around and then right at 3 we called. They answered, I said I would like to place an order and all they said was that they werent taking any more orders that day. It was just really annoying. They should have prepared better for the super bowl, I suppose.

I took my father there for his birthday after him wanting it for a few weeks. The cashier and staff were friendly and the wait time wasnt bad. The only issue was the food being overwhelmingly salty. We ordered three different flavors of the boneless wings and they were all just too salty. I got plain ones later to see if it was the various sauces, but it appears as if the wings are just naturally salty.

I know they are busy most of the time but I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my order, they gave my wings to another customer because they made a mistake on their order so now I had to wait another 17 minutes for my order. This happens frequently! And all they do is apologize but dont compensate for the lost time of the customer which some of us only have 30 minute lunches

Just got turned away at the counter when I went to grab some chicken wings for my kids!! They were only serving people who ordered online in advance!!!! I think this is discrimination against non-football families!!! to serve only people that watch football. Absurd! When I asked for the manager, the kids working the counter said she wasnt even there!

Staff is really slow. They look like they hate life and just bring you down with their mood. Wings are wings, but they take forever if you do not call in or order online. Some Staff needs to be improved or be fired because they suck ass.

The wings are good, the only problem is the wait. If you like boneless wings go on Monday and Tuesday since they sell 10 piece boneless wings for about $6. Its ideal that you order online if you want to get in and out within 5 minutes.

I absolutely love this restaurant. They have amazing food, an awesome staff and they (though they sometimes forget the honey mustard) do great at what they do. I love this place and most always have a good experience here.

I really like their habanero boneless wings. The fries are good but are a bit salty so it is a good idea to get light seasoning. The wait time for an order is roughly 10-20 mins and usually very busy during the evening.

Great wings. ( I always get mango habanero. Theyre spicy but good). Theres usually about a 20 minute wait time for your food. I suggest ordering online or over the phone so it can be ready when you get there.

Wow went in today sooo disappointed all the tables where eighter full of dirty ...when we pointed it out it toke them long to clean ... With thus one person that worked there just walked by like nothing :(

Service was friendly but took forever. I think they were understaffed. A few of the boneless wings were chewy, almost as if they werent cooked thoroughly and there were egg shells in the potato salad :/

I always order Mango Habanero, Original Hot, or the new Brazilian one lol. Very delicious and I enjoyed my meal expect today I got 9 wings when i ordered 10. I didnt say anything but whatever
