Hello Folks, Do Not Eat Here. Unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. I normally dont leave comments unless the event or place is exceptionally woderful and ejnoyable. Or dreadful, awful, non-enjoyable. This is one of the worst experences Ive had. Ill be quick. . . I was walking the downtown area and had to find a boys room. Now I expected to pay to use the restroom, so when I asked if they had a restroom the woman at the counter said no. Now Im an older man and I really had to use that room. I said Id be happy to buy something and she said I needed to buy something before I used the restroom. I put a few dollars on the counter and went for the restroom door and found that I needed a coin to inter. Went back to counter. . . The short of it. Dont eat here. I walked out and then noticed that a Subway Sandwich Shop was right next door. I continued to enjoy the sights and a short time later I entered Subway and was treated very well. After using the little boys room at Subway at no cost. I decided to sit and purchase a very tasty lunch. Do Not Eat Here. Unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. Go next door to Subway! TK

I love the pita pit, and I used to visit all the time in my home location. Salem, OR. They were so cool, and always made my experience feel much different than fast food with terrible customer service. Well, this one really shattered that view for me because I came to order from the pita with a cool Groupon I found. The owner was taking my order, and usually I get no cheese and replace it with avocado, she charged me for the substitute when I have never had that happen and she was extremely rude when I brought up that this was ridiculous. On top of this, she wouldnt give me my points on a pita card. She made this a horrible experience. As a last annoyance, the portion sizes are much smaller than those Im used too. Horrible customer service and I will refuse to support this franchise in the future

I love the pita pit, Im used to going to the one in Salem, Oregon where I lived. The owner of this one is a stingy lady who is trying to give as little as possible. She wouldnt substitute hummas for cheese, which Ive gotten every other time Ive been to the pita pit. She was very uncopperative and made the entire experience terrible. She went into the back room with the other employee and when he made my food he was not polite and have me small amounts of food. Im used to a cool place, this was not pleasant at all.

I come here almost every day for lunch. Their pitas are more delicious than they look, and I stay full all the way until dinner! Fresh and high quality ingredients, wide variety of choices allow customers to customize the perfect pita! Also great for a small bite, pita sizes range from small to large. Dont miss out on healthy, delicious food! Dont pay attention to the negative reviews, this is San Jose! Some people are used to being spoiled and treated like kings and queens all the time!

I was a little disappointed this trip to Pita Pit. The other times Ive been its always tasted better. It was a busy weekend (Fanime) so I am hoping that is the reason why. The pita bread tasted stale which messes up the whole experience. I saw the employee open up a new bag before making my pita, so maybe the bread was just past its prime. Employees were helpful and as efficient as they could be with such a crowd
