This company provided very poor service in LAX. Buyer beware! They tried to rip me off so make sure you count your change. They messed my burger and wouldnt do a thing. Dont worry about contacting their corporate office they will apologize and have no answer.

The food is good, but the place was a mess during each of my three visits there. Dirty tables and condiments missing from tables, too many condiments on other tables, etc. The staff has a McDonalds level of friendliness and enthusiasm (thats a bad thing.)

Worst service ever. Count your change they will try and rip you off. When asked why they will ask you to stand to the side and wait. Hoping you have to get your flight and leave. Wouldnt even give it a star but have to so I can leave a review.

Came here for one time and was the last. The staff didnt know what they were doing and the manager looked like she didnt care. She just sat by the register and played on her phone. Burger was alright...

A casual build-your-own burger joint where the food is yummy and highly customizable; there is even a vegan burger option! The sweet potato fries are delicious, I highly recommend those.

I got The veggie burger which is pretty good. Youre able to customize everything. Garlic fries are so-so, they put the garlic aioli spread with the fries which I thought was weird.

Pretty good burgers. The staff is very good. Good choices for sides. The milkshakes are quite good. When you add it all up, you may find youve spent a little more than you planned.
