I have some doubts if the pizzas from here are baked fully or not. My son had been complaining about dough coming raw from the crust and I felt it too. When I showed it to the store manager (driving back to the store from my home), her response is that it is fully cooked. She refused to even taste it stating that she does not eat pizza. I doubt that a person working in a pizza place does not even taste the food that they serve and she did not even request her colleague to take a look. However she made a new pizza, but that also felt the same. I will not visit again.

Worst pizza hut brand experience Ive ever had. I had to order online to get any deals and the pizza was all doughy. Not the crispy pan crust i expect. Garlic dip tasted like it went bad in a warm area and they didnt even put enough cheese on to cover the Damn pie. The dining area had exposed electrical outlets an overly filled garbage can and there was an employee doing paperwork at one of the few tables available for dining in. Never again.

It seems there is not restaurant manager there anymore. I am an old customer here, and knew the Indian manager who doesnt work here anymore. He was always kind, plolite, and very customer service oriented. He always knew how to get me to smile and had the right order made for me, even when the cook made mistakes. Now it seems nobody cares for me as a customer. Pizza Hut lost a valuable and regular customer.

If I could I would give this place a 0 they suck and they dont follow through with their policies!!! They called the cops on us because we did not have proper identification!!! After being on the phone with proof they held on to the card they probably copied the card number and will order their families pizza for a lifetime.. Nat jokes on you guys!!

The small seating area is kept clean however most order take out. The service is friendly but not fast. The pizza is not as hot as it should be.

Ordered a pizza with cellphone app, and the pizza is not ready after 35min. Unbelievable slow! This is the slowest Pizza Hut!

It was ok, although they give me a wrong pizza. And it was free, but I had to spend time waiting for my right order.

Simple order took over an hour. Parts of the order were wrong/incomplete. Food was also cold. What a joke.
