The owner Peter and his wife are amazing people!! Ive been coming here for 14 yrs. One of my favorite sushi restaurants. The service here has always been exceptional. I went there last night one of the busiest nights of the year. (Benicia Christmas tree Lighting) I had 8 people in my party. They accommodated me without having to wait. Out of the 8 people in my party 6 were kids all under 10 years old. They were amazing with our kids. They took our order and brought our food fast. The service and food has been the reason why I still keep coming back (a lot) maybe twice a week... just saying the sushi here and the service is exceptional!

Three friends and I ate Sushi here. The prices were higher than average for the Bay Area. If the food had been particularly great or plentiful it might the price might not have been so bad. Unfortunately, the food, though not bad per se, was certainly not above average and portions were pretty small. Also, for the two vegetarians, it was disappointing that there were almost no vegetarian items on the menu (which is the exception for sushi places). I have been to better and cheaper places.

Service unfocused, stopped taking our order to answer the phone and then took two phone orders before getting back to us. Uni was mushi, tuna was either maserated or whole and watery. Snapper watery. Look elsewhere.

within easy walking distance from the end of First Street, ive never had a bad meal here. the fish is fresh, the people welcoming, and they treat me and mine very well. i recco a visit, you wont be disappointed.

The sushi was spot on! First time here and I will be coming back again. Tried the First Street Special....something different and very tasty with several flavors coming through; try it. Very happy belly. :)

Fantastic sushi and great bento box for lunch . With too around $80 for lunch for 2 people. So a little on the pricey side. But well worth it if you want quality sushi. Service was good also.
