As soon as we walked in the door all we heard was the manager yelling at employees. Only 1 person up front and 2 in back. All drive through orders filled and we waited about 20 minutes for our food. No attention was paid to the front register as we watched 3 sets of customers leave no one even greeted them. After the wait I figured food would be hot and fresh. NO it was hard and cold in center. I asked to have remade the guy was confused and manager was very rude. For 23.00 and 20 min wait I expect more from a fast food place

ordered 4 croisandwiches with bacon egg and cheese, got 4 with sausage egg and cheese, i said i wanted bacon like 3 times during my order.... got to my office and looked like a complete chump for not getting the order right, guess i cant go to a bk without opening up each sandwich and checking the ingredients

My Mom Works Here & I Basically Know Mostly All The Employees & They Are Excellent This Place Has Some Issues But What Fast Food Restaurant Doesnt The Whoppers Are To Die For & The Majority Of Employees Ive Met Are Nice I Love It

This franchise has the worst owners and theyre so rude to their employees and arent fair to most of their employees theyre ungrateful and lowest pay to their management team. I wouldnt recommend people working for these owners.

Place is ran down. Not well maintained. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich and they used a grilled chicken breast instead of the breaded chicken breast, did not taste good at all.

Of the food, what can I say? Its Burger King. The staff at this location are friendly, efficient and they get your order right, and the facility is clean.
