I love me some Mexican food and when I saw this place I knew I had to try it. I got the basics, a Chil Verde Burrito and Carne Asada tacos (Authentic) This was some of the best food I had in Grass Valley. The tacos where larger than I expected and the burrito was packed so full the end burst out. All the food was so spectacular. The only thing that compares was the service. The employees where great and I definitely will be coming here more.

People in GV do not know authentic Mexican food! I come from the south where u get real Mexican food, however for GV I like the food, the tacos and flautist are really good, some of the other dishes are NOT AUTHENTIC! But overall I really enjoy being able to get good tacos "carnitas" in GV so thanks Mayas for being here I would hate to go back to what we had!!!

Amazing food!!! Great customer service and great prices!! Definitely will be returning. Im very picky about my Mexican food being authentic when we eat out and this place is the bomb!!! Highly recommend the fish tacos, Carne Asada Super burrito, Carnita taco salad, and the Chimichonga!!! Omg and the pinto beans are great!!! Thank you for great food!!

Delicious. The only other place in town that compares is Las Katrinas. If you want a classy sit down, go there. For anything else, Mayas is amazing. We come here for business lunches some times, as well as afternoon dates with my wife on the weekend. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the food is absolute worth it.

I was in a party of 3. We enjoy good Mexican food, something hard to find in Grass Valley. Mayas exceeded our.expectation. We tried the chile relleno, beef taco, and one of 3 shrimp entrees: there were plenty of leftovers to take home. Try this place and you will agree.
