Nearing the end of our thanksgiving vacation my sister and I decided to stop at a hometown favorite......In-N-out burger to grab a quick bite to eat. However upon getting our food we waited in line patiently behind a green vehicle sitting to the side of IHOP starting their overflow line. After the green vehicle in front of us pulled up to join the regular drive thru line we continued to wait as the start of the overflow line. In the midst of waiting another car pulled in front of us and the drive thru assistance blatantly disregarded my sister and I as well as the other 15-20 cars behind us. It wasnt until after practically yelling at the assistant that she decided to call her manager to rectify the situation. Once the manager emerged he first approached his employee and then the vehicle that pulled in front of us. Not once did the manager approach our vehicle with an apology or better service. In fact we had to bring it to his attention that we felt really disregarded after approaching the window and THEN HE OFFERED AN APOLOGY. I dont feel they deserved to be rated they dont even chart with me now. THANKS IN-N-OUT

Always busy but always the same quality food, service and restaurant. You know that everyone else goes there for that same Double Double & Fries...animal style if you prefer. How does In-N-Out get my 5th star you ask? ADD ONLINE/MOBILE APP ORDERING to the existing mobile In-N-Out app!!!!! You would no longer need the person standing outside, in the 100 degree heat, taking orders drive through orders because people are lazy to walk inside. I hate seeing cars 10-15 deep in drive-thru. Not to mention, when I do, I just keep driving because the parking lots become a mess with everyone stuck waiting & blocking turns or entrances. Its an indication that there will be an extended wait. Adding online ordering/pickup will alleviate some of that traffic and parking lot mess, as well as bring in more customers.

Busy is a given for in-n-out, but this one exceptionally so, which is saying something. The staff here still manage to provide exemplary customer service, delicious food as expected, and timely service with a smile. Staff are getting better and better, hadnt been to this one for a while and have subsequently visited several times recently. Absolutely fantastic customer service at the counter, a young gentleman named Joel has helped me twice now, great service! The restaurant is clean throughout (including bathrooms!) even during the peak of dinner rush and late in the evening. Only warning is to drive-through customers: be prepared for the line to reach nearly to the street during peak hours. Not to worry, theyll move you through quickly, but looks daunting nonetheless.

I love this spot. Never ever have I ever had a bad experience here. Three years/ 30+ visits Try whatever its all good. They do try to accommodate certain things/creations to a point. None of that outrageous burger meat stacks of 8. Theyll do 4. Blah blah blah the place is great. Eat it and dont cry about long lines or random bull. If your table is messy just wipe it down. The place is packed and people can be really messy. The staff does thier best to clean up after pigs. Dont forget to smash that like button! It fuels me!

Go-to fast food joint in Elk Grove. EXTREMELY inexpensive and VERY tasty. Your scale might not thank you, but your wallet and your taste buds surely will. Often a long wait because of how fantastic it is, but they move along fairly quickly and have friendly staff. If you havent eaten at In-N-Out Burger at some point in your life, you should either go right now, or end your pointless existence immediately.

The service here was very friendly! We went during lunchtime and the drive-thru line stretched pretty far back so we parked and went in. The food itself was decent. This was my first time eating In-N-Out and I thought it was good but it didnt change my life like some of my friends from the area claimed it would. The fries and the sauce and the buns and especially the price were bomb though.

The food is fresh and prepared onsite. They never freeze their meat and they peel and chop potatoes on site. The food cost less than the average fast food restaurant. I believe that the low prices and freshness of the food is why this restaurant is always busy. Due to the long lines at the restaurant, always be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food.

Love love love ordering off the secret menu. Examples include animal fries, loaded w: onions, and cheese. If you want a meat patty order them extreme,or fried onions on your sandwich. Lastly, go ahead ask for that milk shake in a large or extra large, both not on the menu like root beer float in any size. . But you can get one any size.

Cheap. Fits my budget. Delicious. My kids love this place. Even though theres only a few stuff on the menu, its worth it. Also buy fries. Make sure to order take out inside the restraunt because there is usually no empty seats and the drive thru attracts a lot of traffic. I like the double double the best.

Animal Style at this location is excellent, better than the 10 + In N Outs visited. Drive up can have long lines on week days peak lunch + dinner hours but park and go inside say to go. Order Animal Style Meal you will be pleased, wait till you see what they do to the Fries get some extra napkins

A bit busy sometimes and can create a wait, but this place always delivers a consistent in n out burger and fries at the standard great price. Location is clean and had plenty of parking, but the drive through has been ridiculously long lately (all the way to the streets in two directions at times.

This place is always packed and has a massive amount of people, with all that considered, we never have to wait more than 10 minutes for food versus other In-N-Outs! The drive thru line can be incredibly long so sometimes its easier to just park up and go in to order. All the staff are awesome.

Food is consistently OK but the exaggerated long lines both inside and in the drive thru during peak business hours keeps me away. Theres a ceiling of quality for fast food and In N Out is a popular place because of its cult following rather than the quality of its food. Cheap though.

Burgers are great and can be (somewhat) customized to your liking. Want four patties plus four slices of cheese on your burger? Order a 4 by 4. The fries are pretty good considering that they peel and cut them at the restaurant versus buying them frozen.

If you have cravings for burgers and frys no better place then this In-N-Out Burger, they have simple menu, great prices and fresh quality ingredients and all food freshly prepared and cooked, the line might seem long but it goes really quickly.
