The food is amazing and most of the staff seemed to work hard and be super friendly, but the woman that served us was extremely aggressive. We ordered some desserts - two Freezees, an Old Fashioned Hot Fudge Sundae, and a Mini Hot Fudge Sundae - and when we got the Mini Sundae the fudge was as cold as the ice cream and there was no whipped cream or cherry (something that the person who got it said that it has always had those two things every other time they ordered it) and so we politely explained that we wanted hot fudge and the other toppings and the woman got more aggressive, saying "Well I can heat it up. I can get you a new one and heat it up" in an extremely annoyed voice. We said thank you and she brought the other desserts (realizing that the cherry for the old fashioned sundae had no actual cherry, it was just the stem). She brought us a red debit card and handed it to us saying "I believe this is yours" then left. It wasnt ours. We had used a blue credit card. When she brought back a new mini sundae, this time with hot fudge not cold fudge, there was still no whipped cream or cherry. We took it, said thank you, gave her back the other persons debit card (Je Don F. Carter, I hope you found your debit card), wished her a good day, and left. If we had never been to Wienerschnitzel before this visit we probably wouldnt have come back. Luckily, we know that the service isnt usually like that.

All I wanted was a Pepsi, but they wouldnt give it to me (hehe).. because theyre NOT 24hrs!!! Dont know the true hrs as theres no sigh, so just submitted new hrs of 9AM-12AM (please verify), the hrs of most Wienerschnitzel locations! BTW, dont know if stores & fast food places arent keeping their hrs updated here or if Google isnt updating the hrs, but Im getting tired of navigating to places that say they are open only to find out theyre closed. A real waste of time & gas money.. Im sure Ive personally doubled the rate of pollution by accident, thanks to poor quality control. Someones dropping the ball regarding business hrs on Google Maps!!

I try to order in the drive-thru. The girl was really rude today. Then she tried to rush me. So I cancelled my order and told her Im not eating there. Wont be coming here again.so 7-6-17. 4 months later here again no fork in my bag and I asked for no meat in my hotdog but I guess they couldnt get it right.never coming back

Excellent service today was greeted by the manager today. Such a very kind person and everyone on her team. They gave us a free cone cause they messed up on our order it shows that they care about their guests. We will returning again soon.

Theyre open late..website says midnight, door says 11:00 pm...either way, the staff is awesome! They customized our meal, they provided table service & held our sundaes until we ate our dinner!

Always consistent. Great chili dogs and corn dogs. Polish sandwich is good too A surprise is the Rueben sandwich. Very tasty. Fast and friendly service in the drive through
